Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport

The property is not near the airport. It’s a 30 min shuttle drive and you have to wait for at least that time because they won’t actually call the shuttle for you unless you are at the pickup location when you call. The pool was out of a service which bummed out my kids. Luckily we only stayed one night

They took over an hour to get us from the airport when they told us it would be 15 minutes. We had little kids who were exhausted waiting in the busy airport pickup area. They overbooked the room with two beds that I reserved so we had one bed and my kids had to sleep on the floor. The pool was damaged and no one told us we wouldn't be able to use it. It worked for one night but we were annoyed about those things.

Exactly what we needed after long international travel day! Room was clean and large enough to accommodate our family of four. They took our same day, emergency booking when we realized our flight from NYC to DIA was delayed by several hours. Clean and quiet place to rest our heads before the last leg of our trip.

This hotel allows people to leave their cars in their parking lot after staying and take a shuttle to the airport. 75% of their parking that had access to main entrance or side entrance was full of cars that hadnt moved in days. Made obvios by the amount of snow sitting on those cars for several days. Parking in the back was empty because there's no access door on the back and one of the side entrance doors was out of order. This gave only 2 options to get into the hotel period. The room echoes badly, there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it smelled as though someone had pooped right before we arrived. Our first night stay there were children running and yelling in the hallway, knocking on multiple room doors and screaming for over an hour while we tried to sleep after 10pm. The good part of the stay was the bed was comfortable and the room is decent sized. The hotels.com listing for this hotel says no pets allowed when in fact they do allow pets for a fee.

Updated and fresh property. Conveniently located. Good value. Unfortunately placed in a room beside a coughing child-all night long! Keep your sick children home people

We were kept up all night because of another quest in Rm 220. There was a 13 yr old birthday party and the family members ran around the halls. Staff was called but it still continued. The Hot Tub was not working and the pool was filthy because of the unsupervised kids from the party.

Checking in the staff were not exactly full of smiles but the room more than made up for that, our junior suite was very good compared to the Hyatt next door (stayed previously). What made this visit was the guy serving breakfast, he was bright, cheerful and wonderful first thing in the morning. The breakfast was excellent too, freshly cooked omlette by the ladies was the BEST. They were the staff that made the visit.
