We reserved a hotel shuttle when we checked in at 3. At 1 AM we were called to our room telling us they dodnt have room and were putting us on another shuttle that did not work. I had to leave my room to go to the lobby to remedy the situation. They did change it back, but the call at AM was rough on our family.

We arrived before check-in time; however, they were very accommodating & got our room ready for us within the hour. Everything from the exterior to the lobby, restaurant and bar were beautiful. The restaurant area has beautiful live foliage & small stream meandering through it. Our suite was beautifully decorated, extremely roomy and quiet. The spacious bathroom with marble tile accents had wonderful water pressure in the large shower. If you’re flying in through DIA, be sure to schedule their shuttle to pick you up. We will absolutely stay again and bring our entire family!

Wish there was a complimentary breakfast of some kind. The water from the faucet in the room wasnt any good, so the only way to get good water was to pay $4bottle at the front. But the rooms are nice and the inside ambience great for a family with a child. our daughter loves the water feature and fish

We have stayed here multiple times either before or after a flight through DIA. We've enjoyed it each time. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The restaurant is tasty and easy. The pool is nice, but always too cold for the kids to swim longer than about 15 minutes before they turn blue. We'll stay again if coming through DIA.

We stay at tis hotel when we go to Denver to visit family. Its always warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms have all the necessities you need. The restaurant and bar are great with lots of choices. Would highly recommend this hotel.

First off, this hotel is very nice and was surprisingly affordable with the Expedia pricing. Normally I book direct but this was a good deal. Front staff was helpful and reserved a spot for me on the 4:15am shuttle. My room was beautiful. Only complaint was being able to hear people stomp around rather loudly. I wasn't very thrilled with the restaurant but the atmosphere was pretty awesome! The food was ok but my medium hamburger seemed a bit too medium rare for my comfort. Disappointed the pool was closed, but the tub in the room hit the spot after being on the road for 7 hours. The room has french doors that open up to the atrium. The glowing lighting was so nice I slept with the curtains open and slept like a baby, wish I could have stayed longer!

The property is gorgeous. Really liked that it had a koi creek in the restaurant area, making it fun and entertaining for our kids. What we wish could've done better was the accomodation of guests whom arrive earlier and need an early check-in, especially with little kids. Also, the kitchen could've done a better job at following instructions on pre-ordered breakfast- our order came missing a majority of the portion. And when we called, though they tried to make it right, it was still wrong and we were still missing an order. When kids are involved and food is missing, it could cause a lot of drama for the parents! Especially when we have limited time to eat prior to catching the shuttle for the airport.

This was my families second time staying at Wooley’s. We enjoy the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well as the breakfast in the mornings. We did have a room with a pull out sofa and that bed was not comfortable, but that’s expected with a pull out sofa.

No perks for being VIP- all of the nice extras that made the property special are gone, such as bottle of water on shuttle or upon arrival and complimentary breakfast, a little woolleybear for the kids when they check in. Everything is OK, but needs to be updated.

We stayed here before a flight out and the kids aboslutely loved the Japanese coy pond. Breakfast was really good and the customer service was very accomodating. Large rooms, comfy pillows. Would definitely stay here again on our way through Denver. We loved this little hidden gem.
