The pool was out of order and we were charged $15 a day for parking, but we were not told about the fee at check in. Room was clean and large for our family and we liked that, but we really wanted to swim and would have appreciated being told about extra fees. Also, the property discontinued airport shuttle service in June, but it is still listed as something they offer.

Nice property; clean and comfortable. They seemed to have a problem with the elevator, but I did notice a repair truck in the parking lot, so hopefully that issue is being resolved. My son & his family didn’t get in till 3:00 am, and they had no problem checking in (we did notify the front desk of their delayed arrival).

Great stay after 2 long weeks on the road. I was dissapointed in the very small pool that was freezing. My kids LOVE water and they only lasted about 20 minutes. For the money spent on the rest of the property, they really went the cheap way on the pool. Also, the tile close to the pool was extremely slippery. The family leaving as we got there said 4 of their adult family fell in the same spot. So I put down pool towels to make sure we didnt fall. Great stay...skip the pool. Unfortunatly you still pay for it in the rate for the room. Such a bummer!

Just an overnight stay for my family and I. Newer properties always deliver. The free breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location near airport. Some construction nearby, but not a disturbance. Lots new development in the area, near a Costco too! I would recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay. We had three rooms and the stay was perfect for all involved. Our kids utilized the pool and that area was clean and towels were provided. The breakfast had a good variety of foods and drinks. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was quite all staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection and was always being replenished. On our last night we ran out of milk for our toddler and the Walmart down the road was out of milk as well I asked the front desk if there was anyway they could sell me some from the breakfast bar and she gave me cup and was really understanding about my issue. Place was really clean.

Check-in was fabulous with Angelica. I had been traveling for 36 hours and Angelica was kind and thoughtful. Another family member became stranded in Denver also and Angelica helped us organize her stay and transportation in the middle of the night. THANK YOU!!

I booked a room with two beds and a couch on Expedia. When we arrived, I was told this room was not available. They gave me a smaller room and said they could never guarantee a room through a third party seller. The person at the desk said he would ask the manager to comp us a second room. When he returned he basically said just kidding, there was nothing they could do. While I realize it was the fault of Expedia, they could have had much better customer service besides telling my husband and I too bad so sad.

Hotel was good while there for soccer tournament. The pool was ice cold. Little kids didn’t enjoy it and soccer girls used it as an ice bath.
