Hyatt Place Denver Airport

Good: The price for the room size & continental breakfast plus airport shuttle. Also close to several restaurants, so we were able to walk to dinner during our stay & had a few good options. Front desk staff were friendly. Our first shuttle driver - didn’t catch his name - was really nice (worked the afternoon of 9/17/24). Not so good: The shuttle driver named Brad was not pleasant…seemed like a cranky guy. Heard him call the car in front of us a dumba** because they weren’t paying attention when the light changed to green. I would’ve been thinking that too, but wouldn’t have said it out loud, especially with a toddler right behind the driver seat. My son had a snack cup - it was almost 1pm & we hadn’t had a chance to eat lunch yet - & Brad told us he didn’t want to be sweeping up cheerios so they needed to be put away. That’s fine, but there are more polite ways to say it. In our room, there was a weird red mark on a pillow case, hopefully marker but could’ve been blood. Weird because I saw someone say the same thing on their review. I was traveling with breastmilk & ice packs for it, & TSA can be a pain when the breastmilk isn’t totally frozen. I didn’t know until getting to the room that the fridge in the room doesn’t have a freezer compartment or capability. Luckily the staff let me put my bag with the ice packs in their freezer so at least those would keep my milk cold. Overall, I’d probably stay again.

I traveled with my husband and 2 young sons. One is 5 and the other is almost 2. They made everything very convient for us. Extra baby crib was brought to our room with nice sheet amd blanket. Very clean. Staff very nice and helpful.

Hotel is ok but we had hard time getting someone to clean our room. We stayed for 6 days. After day 2, I asked front desk to have our room cleaned. When we got back in the evening, room had not been cleaned. I called front desk and got an apology and that it will be cleaned tomorrow but sadly same thing the next day and day after as well!! I understand it was busy July 4th weekend and they were probably understaffed. I wish they had just said that and clearly said they wont be able to clean it, instead of assuring that it will be! We booked from Hotels.com and other family members had booked directly from Hyatt's website. Their room got cleaned after day 3, once they asked! So couldn't help but think if ours got handled differently because we booked from 3rd party? I had not expected this kind of service from Hyatt.

Easy checkin. Great customer service. Was busy and short staffed but always took the time to answer questions and help. Great dining selection and in walking distance. Our family had a few drinks at the bar and had great service there as well. Definitely will come back. We are doing a cross country trip and by far this was the best customer friendly hotel we stayed at!!!

Was very upset with our stay, upon arrival which was around 5pm we got their and check in time was at 3pm they still had no rooms ready for us, we booked for 3 rooms and neither one was ready we waited what seemed like almost 1 hour for our rooms once getting our rooms and being charged the manager ended up charging the wrong room to the wrong person so that other person was charged twice then he said he could fix it and it would be dropped off but wouldnt recieve that refund intil 5-6 business days 🙄. Once we go to our rooms we notice they gave us the wrong rooms, the restrooms are so so small some of the lights did not turn on and the connections to connect hair dryer or straighner ect...where very loose and didnt hold the connection. We had already booked tickets to meow wolf and where almost running late due to not get our room right away so we unpacked hot ready and left, by the time we came back which was around 10ish we where so tired from our drive and the walk at meow wolf we where ready to sleep. My kids opened up the sofa bed and the sheets where dirty and it had alot of crumbs of i dont know what!!!! So i had to call front desk to let them know, so they gave us another room we had to pack up all our stuff again and move to another room. Thats everything that happened on our 1st visit and stay with hyatt which will be our last. Not to mention that i noticed i have 4 pending payments for my room 😠 so very disappointed.

We did the stay and fly option. One of our 2 cars was broken into right in the front of the hotel . The lock was drilled out and some loose change stolen. Sad ending to a great holiday with family.

Three night stay with my 5 kids. I was very pleased with our room. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was nicely organized, alot of options and the cooking staff was very kind. With in walking distance to a convenience store and serval restaurants. Although I did not use them, there is a pool and weight room.
