Two tiny packets of POWDERED creamer along with a tiny packet of sugar! Water, for a pint, that was $3.50 (are you kidding me?) unless you are some member of some b.s. you're serving (what is that about?)! Went to have some breakfast at 11.00, of which we were told they were CLOSED! What a joke! The pool and hot hub opened from 5:00 P.M. ( also a joke) to 10:00! And we were only there one night! Your staff/housekkeping were the ONLY redeeming quality and all of them were the best! Kudos to them to save Hyatt's rear end!

Fathers Day celebration. Got to hang out in the pool and on the patio with wife and kids. Weather was perfect and we enjoyed the hot tub out side and convenience of running to lobby for snacks and drinks.

Didn’t like that they do not take cash anywhere in the building so my kids had to take my card to get snacks and things they needed.

Just a quick stop with the family to see the Bronco game. 27th floor lounge was nice. Room was fine. $60 parking is absurd so we parked across the street in pavillions lot for $25.

Alright so we showed up around 11 PM and the area getting to the building felt very sketchy and all around made the family very uncomfortable coming from a smaller town. But after we settled and stayed the morning made the area look more welcoming, but it was pretty bad passing by a bunch of thug looking and homeless people right outside the building yet having the building being described as 8.8/10. Tl;dr the inside was fantastic but the getting there felt really bad.

This is our go-to hotel when visiting Denver, whether for business or family vacation. The breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean and the pool and hot tub are nice.

It was fine for business. Location was good for a conference, and the cafe in the lobby had iced coffee. However, the ceiling in the bathroom was bubbled from the humidity, the water pressure was comical, and my remote looked like it was handled by a toddler that just finished lunch. A bit outdated. Overall fine, but I think the overall rating is very much inflated.
