This is an extension of the last review that I made. After I got kicked out of the lobby by the manager, who did not care about my situation, even though I spent hundreds of dollars On a room for multiple days …had my card “accidentally “ran, which caused tons of inconvenience that they didn’t care About and weren’t sorry for… I got thrown out Not even an opportunity to grab a blanket out of my suit case. No Other option to sleep outside Until I got in touch with my family. I End up falling asleep out of a bus stop bench My purse and my phone was stolen. I came back to retrieve my belongings and I’m missing a tub of my cosmetics two bags and a tall, laundry hamper full of clothes I was missing half of my items again no care from the manager. She just stated this is what I have in the closet for you had time to talk about it because my Uber showed up. I would like to be reimbursed for things. It’s insane how insensitive some people can be and how Hyatt House in representatives of Hyatt house treated me as if I Wasn’t even a person as soon as checkout passed And some of the most insensitive people I’ve ever had met in my whole life. I will never be going back to Hyatt house. In fact , I will be talking soon to my uncle who’s the lawyer about whether or not I have a case. If you’re looking for hospitality, if you’re looking to not get treated like some sort of animal as soon as the clock hits noon, I would stay far away from this place

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family if 3 and we had an amazing view of the mountains in the distance. We were happlily surprised with the variety offered at breakfast. The lobby was bustling and there was usually a wait for the elevator.

The hotel was clean and nice however I did experience problems with the valet and the manager once I reported my problem. The valet removed my cell phone which was charging in my car. When reporting this to the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I would have to contact the manager of the valet but did not have a phone number for them. It ended up taking me approximately 4 hours after checkout to retrieve my phone. I was then treated rudely by management at the hotel and also by the valet management. I never received an apology for my inconvenience and lost half my day of travel on this incident. As a single mother with three children under 13 I was very distressed and this ruined my stay.

This hotel is clean, very comfortable, well-located, and has huge suites that made traveling with kids possible. We really enjoyed our stay here and would truly recommend it. The only minor hiccup was that I called twice beforehand to ask for pack-and-plays to be left in our room ahead of our arrival (since we were coming in late), and they were still not there when we arrived at 10:30pm (with an exhausted toddler and baby.) However, once we were there, the pack-and-plays were brought to our room, and the remainder of our stay was very pleasant. We also really enjoyed using the pool with our kids.

We were going there for Mothers Day. Two days before I got an email that said if I wanted to check in early it would cost between 25 and 50 dollars. I emailed them back and said I wanted to check in early and were going to get groceries that needed to go in the fridge. We were going to be going to two College Baseball games and wouldn't be back until late. I go no response for two days. I called the hotel and the recording said for faster service use their chat option. I chatted with a girl and she confirmed that it was noted to check in early. I told her I wanted to make sure before I went to buy groceries on the way from the airport. When we got there they said there were no rooms available and just because I asked for it they couldnt guarantee it. They tried to tell me I was chatting with Hotels.com. Which was a complete lie. The TV in the living room didn't work. The room wasn't the room I was supposed to get. The sheets were dingy. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. The pull out bed had no bedding and took them 30 minutes at midnight to bring them up. The people at the front desk were all rude. It ruined what was supposed to be a fun trip for my family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
