I was very disappointed.My children went swimming and there were no pool towels. I notified the front desk and still no towels 30 minutes later so o called and was brought wash rags for my children to dry off with. My bathroom sink would only dispense scalding hot water. For $300 I would have expected better quality.

The valet service was great! Front desk staff was very accommodating. Elements was delish!! Evening reception was a great bonus and not expected. Good location Stout St restaurant was amazing and accommodated our party of 12 with very little notice Fabulous experience We booked 2 rooms My parents booked a room Extended family booked 2 rooms It was great!

We had a king corner suite in the 12th floor. After checking in and heading down stairs to swim for awhile we turned the heat on. When we came back the room smell of bad fish was overwhelming. They did switch us rooms but our stuff still has the smell so I'm having to bag everything up till I can do laundry at the laundry mat tomorrow. The Arcade also was in poor condition and took $2.00 in quarters before I told my kids we would just go eat dinner, this was hard for my autistic son who doesn't understand why they weren't working and this was his Birthday trip! Really disappointed with the over all experience and will not be booking a room there again!

We had a girls weekend in Denver and this was a great place to have it. You cannot beat the breakfast. It is a business friendly and family friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious and the coffee is great. Location was perfect for us to walk all over Denver.

Amazing service by staff at breakfast - very kid friendly. Fun pool time. Room very nice but drawers beaten up and unusable. We paid A LOT for valet and they could not supply a charger overnight for our EV, hence our low rating for ecofriendliness.
