I mean I didn’t actually stay… I had a one night reservation but had a family emergency and had to leave. The staff was sympathetic and I think would have tried to comp me for the room bc I was only checked in for like two hours but they couldn’t because of hotels.com…

I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed for 6 days/ 5 nights and no housekeeping services were provided. Having two kids in diapers, the smell was unbearable. I requested services over 5 times and the responses I received from the front desk were "we are short staffed" "call the morning staff and complain because I am not authorized to do anything." Overall, save your money and stay somewhere else. Extremely disappointed!

I was six days with my family and never they cleaned the room; even thought, I requested it many times at the front desk, we need to request change of towels room supplies every night arriving to hotel. So, except for the well ubication of the hotel the service was terrible.

I have a bitter experience with this hotel manager. I booked it through 3rd party for a studio with 2 queen beds and when I checked in, I was allocated a room with king bed and a sofa since nothing was available. When I told them that I have a confirmed booking, I was told that this was confirmed through a 3rd party and not directly by the hotel and hence they are not responsible. Had they notified me in advance on that morning or afternoon, at least, I could have tried to find another accommodation elsewhere but in the late evening hours of check in, I was told that this is the only option. Since I have my family, I have to accept it with no other option. Though they call it as a upgrade to king suite, the room is so cramped and I would say it is a downgrade. I reached out to their management and they are recommending against booking their hotel through 3rd party since they cannot guarantee a room of our choice. I wonder, why they allow the 3rd party sites such as Expedia to show their hotels availability and have the customers to get dinged. I never had any experience like this with Marriott hotels.

Our experience was amazing. Special shout out to Andre at the front desk for being simply amazing and helped our stay be the best. I will definitely come back to this hotel for future needs and recommend this place to friends and family.

Staff was very friendly. Room was cleaned ok, but trash was left in one of the trashcans. There were only 2 elevators working - waited 15-20 minutes for an open elevator everytime - we were on the 21st floor so not so easy to use the stairs with toddler. Riding down elevator took at least 10 minutes every time as people were crammed to the max, and it stopped at every floor on the way down with people hoping to get on. Huge line to ride up the elevators.

We thought this a great hotel for Rockies baseball game but didn’t like the valet for scared they lose our car like they did to someone else. And the room didn’t get daily clean so wasn’t sure due to staff or covid. When we left, my husband is weird checking to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind like toys, blankets, clothes, shoe…etc. he found a pair of undies and trash in upper shelf- so wasn’t sure if HK didn’t look that high not to have stepping stool..etc. he is 6’4 while I’m 5’3 - probably wouldn’t noticed it since I don’t put anything high. Other than that it was good for the family of 4.

very nice. I didn't use the amenities. I was visiting family prior to train trip. Saw a gym, laundry, bar, lots of seating areas. Full breakfast offered. Iron in room.

Went to check in and already paid for room. Was told by a rude Robin that they dont accept my credit card and it was the one I used to pay for the room. I lost my money for the night and still haven't received any refund. It was 10PM and I had my wife, Daughter who is disabled and 2 grandkids she refused to let us stay. I even told her I would get cash from atm. With the Virus out and thats what kind of person Robin is put me and my family out and having to look for another place to stay.
