Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport

If your looking to get any work on via internet, good luck. It is extremely slow and location of this hotel I had spotty connection between two mobile plans as well. I received a parking notice that my rental car was going to be towed as it was in a 'no parking zone' yet there was no red lines or notice stating so. The Air Show was going on and the parking lot was plump full. Upon arrival I asked to see a room that I received an email about an upgrade. I was declined as the worker did not know that was an option yet I showed them the email. I was already tired and exhausted from traveling all day, I just let it go. I requested no housekeeping for the week and we'd ask if we needed anything as we were staying over a week. The clerk made a comment it's their policy to enter rooms every 3 days. I requested then perhaps on day 4. Morning on day 3, housekeeping enters our hotel room with my teenager inside. They take the dirty towels and garbage but didn't replenish anything like coffee, sugar etc. Instead they made beds, we didn't request to be made. Housekeeping never came back the remainder of our stay and my 10% hotel deposit was refunded back to me upon this entry inspection. Crazy. I've done a lot of traveling and I've never had a 10% required deposit or housekeeping demanding to clean rooms on day 3. I will say that the morning breakfast was very nice. My family enjoyed it and not one grumble from the picky eaters. Everything was cleaned, pool was warm. Internet horrible.

I will stay here every single time I come to Colorado Springs. It was beautiful, friendly, well stocked, very accommodating. Amenities were lovely. We used ALL of them form the fire out area, greenhouse pool, hot tub, fitness center, breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff were incredibly sweet. My kids had an amazing time. We hardly left the hotel because we enjoyed it so much. The room was very spacious and still cozy. We hung out in the living room area as if we were at home. It’s THAT nice. My kids brought balls to play with in the courtyard and the hallways I’m typically very nervous of my 1yo touching anything in public but this hotel felt very safe. Staff greeting them each morning and made them feel special at breakfast. Love love loved it.

Enjoyed my stay, however I feel hotels should clean daily, we were traveling with 2 kids and had to get towels and toilet paper due to only cleaning after the rrd day.

It was very close to my family's house.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice large pool for my kids to swim in too. Wish it were a tad warmer, but it was almost -20 outside so can’t complain about the warmth too much. The complimentary breakfast was nice too.

Myself and my two kids traveled to Colorado Springs because one of my kids is being stationed in Colorado Springs. We stayed two nights at the Radisson, the service from the first day was outstanding the room was plenty big enough and Bistro Colorado is the restaurant in the hotel and food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. We will be back. Thank you

Check in process was ok. Not very friendly and almost seemed shocked to see two women of color checking into the hotel. Keys didn't work upon first attempt to access my room. We took the keys back up to the front desk and was told not to have a cell phone near the door. Entered the room to find semi-clean atmosphere and no curtains, only roll up shades that were transparent. The "manager" informed me in a non-caring manner that the hotel no longer used curtains and that no one could see inside the room from the outside. However, I went outside of my room to make sure and to my dismay, I could see directly into the room. I made the conscience effort to leave the hotel due to the rudeness, horrible customer service, and down right rudeness of the front desk staff. They were unwilling to refund my money for the remainder of my trip. It should be known that the other rooms visible from the parking lot appeared to have curtains in the windows. I will NEVER stay at the Radisson Hotel again. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the awesome customer service and comfort my family experienced in 2007. I guess times have changed and unfortunately so did the customer service at this Radisson location.

We had a great stay with my 2 teenagers, newborn and husband. Lots of room for our stuff and space for everyone.

Overall this hotel had everything we needed and maybe more for an airport hotel. Good restaurant and bar. Affordable breakfast (kids under 12 eat free with adult). The hotel has washer and dryers. Pool and fitness room. Airport shuttle. Good pantry for snacks and drinks. Rooms for families of 5. Only downside is the bathroom is small. But for a night or two it was exactly what we needed.
