Dana did a great job checking me and my family into three rooms even though we arrived several hours apart. Once she realized we were together she offered to relocate me to the floor in which they would be staying. Great situational awareness. Highest marks.

This property was exceptional. The area is clean, safe, well maintained, convenient to Target, restaurants, gas stations and the freeway. Even a movie theater is walking distance. I was traveling because a family member was in the hospital, and I had to extend my stay a couple of times. The staff was so very kind from the front desk to the maintenance staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and I felt completely safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We will not be able to ever stay at a Hampton Inn again. When we arrived at the ADA room, there was NO non-skid mat in the shower. It was very slippery. My husband needed this extra precaution in addiition to the shower bars. I asked several times at the front dest, to please put a non-skid shower mat in our shower. No one ever did this for us.
