My family and I have stayed at the locations since 2015. I still love the area and the convenience of this location but what is offered for breakfast has become so cheap in quality. There was a distasteful burnt egg smell, a-broken pancake maker and a staff person who seems not to like their job. We chose to eat breakfast out, which was disappointing since we had in the pasted enjoyed the breakfast.

We were living in Colorado Springs, temporarily, during the time the hotel was being built and thought that the next time we visited there we would stay at this hotel because of the location for visiting family, going shopping and to restaurants. Our stay was enjoyable and provided the comfort and convenience we imagined it would.

When visiting family during the holidays, I stayed here and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The rooms were excellent, the bed and pillows comfortable and I slept like I was at home! And breakfast was good too! Worth the money spent and I would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable. Very pleasant staff, especially morning breakfast staff. Good continental breakfast and amenities. Location of the hotel was quite convenient and shopping and dining were very easily accessible. Hotel basically sits in the middle of a giant shopping plaza complete with a variety of different dining, movie theaters, and a variety of other shopping within walking distance up to a few blocks away. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and stay there again if needed ourselves.

Not sure what chemicals they’re using in the pool, but my children were horribly sick and vomiting, bloodshot eyes from the chlorine…worse experience from a pool ever! After being up all night with miserable kiddos I almost called to complain but didn’t. Then after check out I was floored that they charged my card multiple times for what they said was a smoking fee for the room. We had NO smoking/scented/flammable anything products and were shocked! I asked what proof they had and they told me they did not have to have proof, just “suspect” that smoking occurred in the room. They never called me, just repeated ran my card until I went back in person and they refused to refund my family the money. Horrible horrible experience and we paid way too much for an awful time and customer service. =(
