Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills

Comfortable hotel with restaurant and stores nearby. Have stayed here many times when visiting family. Nice staff.

Expedia’s disconnect with the hotel resulted in the failure to update the reservation correctly. We booked several rooms for our family due to the need to attend a family memorial. Expedia updated the itinerary incorrectly and the hotel was going to charge an extra night on the reservation. One of our family members had to find alternate lodging during a stressful family event. Neither the hotel nor Expedia is set up to flex around the guest names when multiple rooms have been reserved and paid for. If your name isn’t listed on the room, you can’t check in ( in the event that someone else paid for several rooms and put all the rooms in their own name). Ridiculous.

We have family that live nearby, so we always stay at the Warner Center Marriot when we are in town - we love it. It's comfortable and service is always great.

Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Especially kids had a fun in the pool and rest areas.

Where to start. We were here for a family wedding and staying here with some other family members. We had booked (and paid) for our room through expedia and booked a club room to get access to the club lounge. When we arrived we confirmed we were in a club room and asked to make sure we were put in a quiet room and also asked for parking to be added to our room. We go to the club lounge and our key does not work so go to the desk and find out it hadn't been activated, no big deal. That evening when we get home the hallway is full of noise (there were a ton of teens staying in the hotel unsupervised) and lucky us one group was in the next room (so much for putting us in a quiet room). It was a group of girls that sounded like a slumber party. It went on and on when we were trying to go to sleep so I phoned the front desk to ask them to settle down and realize the phone in our room is dead so I had to get up and get dressed to go to front desk only to see about 20 people in line - VERY irritating when you are trying to go to bed. When I finally managed to speak to someone it was handled immediately. The next day we went out of parking garage to find out our key had not been activated and wanted us to pay if we wanted to get out, again front desk forgot to add on my key. Then when I got home see that the hotel charged me when I had already paid through expedia so now fighting to get reimbursed. overall would never stay here again.

Great location! Right next to some amazing restaurants. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Pool area was very nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Had an issue with our TV in the room but they immediately sent someone to fix it. Manager Gareth was sweet to give us a voucher for on site Starbucks which is amazing! Business trip with the family and it was a comfortable one.

My kids and I were there for WhedonCon. My kids loved the pools. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful and everyone in my family was highly satisfied. Can't wait to go back

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Perfect for family vacation!
