The only problem was with the toilet handle. Otherwise, relaxing and ideal to visit family in the Valley.

The stay at this hotel was pleasant. There was plenty of parking and the staff were helpful. My only complaint is the condition of the hot tub. It was very dirty. Despite the uncleanness, there were a few people still in the hot tub that I overheard say the water was not at a suitable warm temperature for a hot tub. This was a disappointment to my stay as I like to enjoy a dip in the hot tub while my kids swim in the pool. Other than that, it was a nice stay!

Hotel was recently renovated. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast service actually has great hours and good choices The pool is not the largest but great feature to have for both kids to get wet and parents to join Hotel staff member Eric did such a great job going above normal call of duty to help my family upon arrival. Thanks Hilton

The location was good. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hot tub was closed, unfortunately. The pool was very small. Room wasn't clean, large chip in shower. Shower head was extremely low, built for a child. Very noisy and a lot of dogs. Was woken up early by dogs barking and people yelling.

The place is very nice. The workers there is there to greet you. I love how i didnt have to wait on the front desk to show up. They are super respectful. The place is a great place for a family trip or even just a trip for self.

The second time I have stayed here. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in with little touches that make the room quite comfortable. Like that it is an easy walk to the Commons shopping and restaurant area. When visiting family in the San Fernando Valley I will always stay here. Thanks to a great staff and breakfast staff too,

We were in town for a family event. The location was perfect. The staff were personable and professional and very helpful. There seem to be a marijuana type smell in the hallway. Overall, the stay was excellent and we will stay there again.
