Best Western Plus Carriage Inn

The front desk staff are polite, efficient, and knowledgeable, very helpful. I had an issue with the TV not turning on and maintenance was dispatched right away and helped me. Checkout is noon, which was great, so many places now have 10am or 11am checkout. I live locally and my family had to get a hotel for the night due to having a shower reglazed, which made our home uninhabitable for the evening, it was easy to book and pay through the app. Great experience.

Check in was easy and the front desk was very polite. The grounds are beautiful, my family enjoyed an evening walk around the property. I'm also really happy that the hotel is pet friendly. The room was clean and well equipped although i found it odd that you have to request a microwave. My only issue was that the room was right next to a busy street and unfortunately it was so loud consistently throughout the night. Also, there was significant light coming through the space in the doorway and i feel like that could be easily fixed with weather stripping and also help with noise reduction. I felt very safe parking my car in the lot, there is security on site. Overall a great affordable option although when i return for another stay i would request a room farthest away from the streets.

Check in was extremely nice and understanding of me needing to check in early. The room was clean and served it purpose as an emergency stay with my toddler girl. The only issue I have is this establishment having incorrect amenities. I chose this place because it was advertised having a patio/ balcony and serving breakfast. NEITHER of the aforementioned was at this hotel.

I chose this hotel for my family stay with our new born because it said it was smoke free property. The hallways were smelling smoke right outside our door and there were individuals openly smoking in the parking lot. This was very unsafe especially for our baby.

Stayed on a family vacation for a few days. The staff was friendly rooms were clean the beds were comfortable the only downside was the breakfast was not included but there was a Dennys right next door to the hotel. Overall I will definitely stay here again

Our room smelled like cigarettes. Our family adopted a dog from the Paws For Life shelter. We need to book a room because we are not from the area and this was the closest pet friendly hotel near the shelter. We had to pay a $30 pet fee a day. The deposit was $150.

We went on a family vacation and as always Best Western did not disappoint me. The facility was secure, well maintained and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I have stayed here many times and continue to stay approximate every two weeks while visiting with family in the nearby hospital. The hotel is always clean and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, i feel safe staying here alone.

I loved that this was an older motel style accommodation and yet it was well maintained and quiet. Reminded me our logging during a 1970s family trip to CA when a kid. The landscaping was well maintained too and full of blooming plants. One of our favorite places to stay on our 2 week driving trip.

My family and Iove this hotel, mainly because is pet friendly, we don’t have a problem parking, and there lots of places to go to, Universal Studios is close by 😄
