Overall a very nice hotel in a nice area with a lot around. The only things I didn’t like was breakfast and valet parking. Breakfast area is very small with few options and my kids left hungry. Breakfast on the weekend was crowded and chaotic. The poor lady couldn’t replace things fast enough and she was nonstop. Valet parking is the only option but there can be a wait to get your car back

I booked this hotel for my family member and paid in advance as I had done at this exact hotel prior. They collected the total fees but refused to check him in. Will never recommend or stay at this hotel again in the future.

I have no complaints about this hotel. We stayed as a family for 4 nights. Every employee was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping! That isn't something you find so much anymore. Yes the mandatory valet in this part of town kind of stinks, but the valet workers were friendly and I never had to wait long for my car. The bar is fun for a night cap and Rocky is a great bartender. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting LA.

The service from the front desk was terrible. I booked several rooms for my family to attend my wedding. My husband and I also stayed here. After check out, I called to see if I left family diamond earrings in the room. The front desk employee was so rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me rather than try to help me. So disappointing and regret booking here.

Very nice facilities, brand new appearance. Room was very comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 without needing a second room. Gym and pool were clean and very nice. Breakfast was good, including a few hot items. Safe area, easy walk to coffee and (if you’re a good walker) to the malls nearby. Safe neighborhood in a business park. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Clean rooms, clean facility, they provide decent brand toiletries, breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, and their restaurant is a great place to relax and unwind. Cons: They’re short staffed! Without even asking, you know they are short staffed because there is one valet guy running around trying to retrieve everyone’s cars on a Sunday morning. We knew they were shot staffed because they only had one waiter working both inside and the outdoor tables. Valet- I’m at loss for words on this one!!! We parked our car because the valet guys were overwhelmed with the amount of guests checking in and leaving their vehicles out front. Then upon check out- we waited 40 minutes before approaching the overwhelmed valet guy and handed him our ticket and told him we would go get our own car because we had waited long enough. The hotel FORCES you to pay $31 per night for VALET parking, but they don’t have the staff to run it?!?! There’s no alternate parking option. YOU ARE FORCED TO “VALET!” Another downside is their pool. I prefer an outdoor pool, especially in the summer. They have a small family size pool that maybe can accommodate 20 people? I prefer fresh air and not a humid shared space that smells like chlorine. Our youngest began wheezing 15 minutes into our “pool time.” I would suggest they get better air circulation through there.

When we checked in, the gentleman was friendly. The front desk staff during the day was not very friendly. My opinion, it seemed like they did not want to be there. The team members working the complimentary continental breakfast were friendly. My main issue was that the staff could not maintain the demand for food. There were not enough sandwiches for my family to enjoy. There was not enough batter for the waffle maker. On Saturday morning, there was no orange juice or apple juice. There was no coffee and creamer available many times. During both mornings, we could not get any breakfast sandwiches or egg omelets. We ended up going to a breakfast spot down the street. One of the main reasons why we stayed here was the complimentary continental breakfast. If we would have know these issues prior, we probably would have stayed at another property. I spent more money on food off site because you did not have enough staffing to serve your continental breakfast. The tables were dirty and never cleaned until the end of the complimentary breakfast. Hope this feedback helps for decision making for future guests. Good luck!

Great large room for our family. Kids ran around and loved the room. Breakfast was great as well. Gym was new and clean. Pool was indoor which was nice to not worry about sunscreen but it was too small. Main downside was parking was valet only so we couldn’t easily retrieve things from the car and also had to wait as we were on a schedule every day.

This place is mediocre. I booked my stay online before knowing that I would need to take my sister back down to San Diego for an appointment with her neurologist and then back up again for follow up to the surgery. The hotel was unwilling to work with me and move dates around and I was charged for 3 days we were not there. This hotel also charges $31 a day for valet service however all but 2 do not now how to drive manual. One valet tried to fake it and most likely caused some damage to my engine by over revving because she didn’t know how to engage the clutch. Most of the time I was asked to park the car myself. They also charge your card weekly. If you have noisy kids, large out of control dogs or a disruptive family member they do turn the other cheek. Another guest told me that she didn’t make the check out time but they did not charge her for it. Their charging is inconsistent and the staff do whatever requires the least work. There is no bellhop but you can grab the rollie cart yourself. The toilet paper is thin, the maid doesn’t stock the shower gel, the laundry room is barely functional, the pool is overly chlorinated and has a froth on top, the exercise gym is fairly good and not used much, the breakfast is ok, they spray an obnoxious cheap perfume everywhere, the bathroom smelled like mildew, the room had cheap modular furniture and thin pillows, the thermostat was not able to maintain a consistent temperature (it was either ice cold or hot when set at 74 degrees).
