Staybridge Suites Rocklin - Roseville Area, an IHG Hotel

We loved their indoor pool and hot tub. That was a big plus for the family with children. My one complaint is that there were a few hairs in the bathroom and on the carpet.

We had such a fun and relaxing stay. The staff was all so amazing and helpful. The morning breakfast was great, lots of options for my family.

Incredible customer service. We were there for many days for a family funeral and the front desk took phenomenal care of us. The whole staff was very friendly. The newly remodeled rooms are AMAZING!

The hotel is very dated. We were looking for one plug in the room that had a USB for charging and there were none. In this day and age that’s kind of expected. The kitchen was very nice. The tub had no skid protection and my husband slid while showering. Bed was not comfortable

We come here every few weeks to run away from busy life. The people are amazing, pool hottub are amazing even in the cold weather. My kids loved it here too. They have big comfy rooms even enough space to fit a family of 8.

We had a very nice stay. We loved the location as it was close to everything but was tucked back enough that it was peaceful and felt safe. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were excited that they had 2 bedroom suites so our family could be together and still have some privacy. Breakfast was great and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

the hotel is really nice. specially the indoor heated swimming pool was such a fun for the kids in the winter. they had awesome time. the kitchen was really nice with clean utensils. the hotel and room was very clean and well maintained. the bathroom was attached to the closet space and it was bit of inconvenience . closet space was bit less to keep the clothes for 4 people. the breakfast was awesome with so much delicious varieties to make you full. overall, an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

The room was quiet even though the freeway was nearby. My suite looked over the courtyard and had 2 windows which allowed me to blackout one next to the bed and let the subtle light shine through the other. Everhthing was tidy. Loved the kitchenette and had I been on a long trip would have utilized. Coffee pot is full sized as well which is great for a family stay. The social hour was an unexpected perk and I enjoyed the food and the free glass of wine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The room we stayed in was 208 had ants in the room the room bedding had stains I had to go down stairs and ask for clean sheets they also gave us a handicap room when our hotel booking did not state thwt was part of the deal. We also had a foul smell in restroom my kids even found a old dog treat on side of bed, the pull out couch had bad and nasty stains on it. I wish I could have said something but was scared of them making my stay worse . We also couldn’t find any other hotels near by that would accommodate us. Wish I could get my money back.

The indoor pool was nice. Jets on the hot tub were timed, however. It wouldn't turn on after another family exited the hot tub. Same happened with a different family when we left the tub the next day. The room itself was okay and fairly clean. However, the sofa couch needs a new mattress. Mattress has seen better days. We felt every spring. Although, room was clean, the carpet was stained in places. Bed was too soft. Dishwasher was just big enough for all dishes we uses. Room sleeps 4 but there were only 3 cups, 3 forks, 2 soup bowls, 1 dinner plate and 2 saucers. Only one chair at the table. We didn't use the stove but they had a pot. Lots of restaurants nearby. There's a theatre too. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short visit.
