Great place to stay while visiting family in Lincoln. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. There a a few places to eat near by within walking distance. There is a CVS and Target within walking distance as well.

Room carpet stained and dirty and some spots wet like there was party going on. Same for drapery. Dirty/Spotty. Ice Machine not working on room floor (3rd Floor). Time to order new mattresses. Bed uncomfortable. Like kids have been jumping on it. Room still had a blown up party balloon from previous user. Guess they did have a party in the room. Overall, room disappointing. Otherwise, great location, clean lobby and restaurant.
