Front desk very friendly, professional, and helpful, they actually remembered the reason for my stay the next day asking how my visit with my grandchildren was. Hotel was very clean, decent breakfast, and quiet.

On google and other websites advertises this hotel has a pool. That was the only thing that ruined out stay.We were in town to celebrate Father's Day weekend and my husbands birthday. We had 4 rooms booked for our group and the day we arrive we get an email stating there was no pool. That was very disappointing and when you have kids and plans for the pool side fun, we had to make other plans to find where we can entertain our kids. The staff was friendly but we do not plan to stay there again.

I booked with the idea that the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed. The A/C in our room howled every time it came on. Beds were ok, but not super comfortable. Overall the place seemed very clean, and the Continental breakfast was decent.

Stayed here for a night in our way to South Lake Tahoe. It was a great decision. Very friendly front desk staff greeted us, room was spacious and very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Parking was very easy.. the front desk guided us to the prepping spot so walking to elevator was easy. Buffet breakfast was vey good. For a night stay it was the perfect place for us Ana or kids and would definitely stay in the future again. Keep up the great work.. all the staff deserve a thank you..

Did not like the fact that the pool was closed with no notice. I think having a sister property with a pool was not enough. Should have been mentioned on the web site. Our reservation had 3 children on it and their ages. We would have stayed at the sister hotel.

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was for the pool. When we checked in, we were informed the pool was Broken and we could use the pool next door, but it was at MAX capacity so that didn't work either. We stayed on floor 2 in room 212. The bathroom had mold all over the door frame as there was no bathroom fan the bathroom. The toilet had urine all over it and the towels had hair in them. It looked as if the room was barley cleaned. After returning from dinner, we came off the elevator and the hallway was full of smoke. We alerted the front desk, and they determined it was a group of unsupervised children who burned a bag of popcorn causing a large amount of smoke. They placed fans in the hallway but it didn't help the smoke smell was already strong in all the rooms as most of our floor was out of their rooms complaining about it. All night long someone's child was running up and down the halls and yelling. The room across from us had a domestic disturbance as a lady threw a man out yelling at him. We stayed here for a cheer comp in the area with 2 other families but next year we will stay at a different hotel.

The staff was efficient, very friendly and helpful which is a plus when you are traveling with kids. The pool is open reasonably late (11p), and breakfast included is also a huge plus when you travel with kids.

Always a great place for us. Our family is in town and we visit almost weekly. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They continue to update and improve their environmental practices. We are always glad to wake up to fresh coffee and a bite to eat. This week it was also great to see the hotel welcome so many fire fighters in town, giving them a chance to sleep and refresh before they went back out to fight the fire nearby.

Choose this hotel for the indoor pool to let our kids swim after a long trip in the car and the pool was ice cold. Very disappointed.

My husband and I stayed here on our way back from a wedding, and a rare chance away from the kids. It was perfect. The staff was friendly, room and common areas were clean, location and nearby restaurants were convenient. But it was more than that. The small things were “on point” as they say. The provided soaps were moisturizing and very pleasantly scented, the breakfast was delicious and the options seemingly endless. I’m not sure when I’ll have a reason to stay in Roseville again, but when I do, you’ll be sure to find me here.
