Homewood Suites by Hilton Agoura Hills

Room 2105 smelled like mildew that the hotel tried to cover up with the overuse of cleaning chemicals. Absolutely disgusting especially when i had infants in the room. Hilton that owns this property should be embarrassed. Rates like a 1 star motel.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. Rudy warmly greeted me and provided excellent dining recommendations. The suite was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet corner. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, and Vincent, the general manager, went above and beyond to assist me. Vincent and Hector helped me find my daughter's missing doll shoe. The hotel had great amenities, was family-friendly, and maintained a tranquil environment. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, exceptional staff, cleanliness, and outstanding experience. I look forward to returning.

The Homewood Suites are great places for families to stay in general, but the Agoura Hills location stands out as the best I have stayed in. When my wife had a problem with the room we were assigned, they took quick action to more than satisfactorily resolve the situation. The hotel is wonderfully located with easy access to a Trader Joe's. The breakfast provided is delicious. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and spacious and always clean. It is a joy every time we stay.

Had to move rooms the first night I got there at am due to roof leaking . Had to to move my entire family to one side of the facility to the other not a pleasant stay

Beautiful property. Great place for a family staycation.

We were originally in building one which evidently is the home of numerous Afghan refugees. No offense but the floor was loud, reeked of cooking, kids running around and screaming. Families walked back and forth to rooms at all hours. I had to step out several times to ask for quiet. We were moved to another building the next day. Putting guests on the same floor with all these families who took over is not a good move. We were comped the one night but not upgraded to a larger room. Housekeeping showed up around 5:00 PM which is rather late

The hotel staff was excellent. The reason for a little less than perfect rating is due to rude guests that kept partying all hours of the night. During breakfast a huge family gathering basically took over the buffet and left little to no breakfast items for the rest of us. This was a huge problem for me and my partner.

We've stayed at this hotel twice and have appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the obvious pride they take in their work. Very much a family atmosphere. We'll be back!

The property and the room were very clean. This is our second time staying here and we will return. That said, the breakfast was horrible (pre-package) due to Covid and we really missed the morning breakfast. If I had known this, it might have swayed me to another hotel. It is nice not paying for breakfast each morning, which is what we had to do. Luckily there is a lot near by. Hopefully they go back to normal soon. Also, the pull out bed/couch was horrible. My two younger children slept on this and complained about the bars digging in their backs. There was no support left in the mattress and we piled up blankets to make it better. Don't plan on a teen or adult sleeping on this. Housekeeping is limited, which I understand. You just have to go down and get more supplies from the desk yourself. The hotel is trying. They are very short staffed but like I said the room was very clean.

1 king 2 queen family suite was generously sized, 2 separate bedrooms/bathrooms plus central living room and true full kitchen with 2 burner stovetop. Hotel made up of multiple buildings; required going outside to get to lobby/breakfast. Nice area, convenient food and shopping options within a few minutes drive and Trader Joe's directly next door. Friendly staff, checked on stay over text and provided option to express check out by text with emailed receipt.
