Have stayed here a few times each year for over 10 years now when we visit family. Great facility and wonderful staff every time. On this trip we noticed the outdoor pool area, furniture, and pool itself stuck out as needing attention. It is the one area that really needs a remodel as it is looking pretty run down this year. Multiple chairs with ripped seats and major cracks in the pool surface and pool tile. If someone from Wyndham reads this, I hope an outdoor pool project is in the works because it really was noticeable since we were there last year. It is a main reason we stay there each spring and fall so the grandkids can come swim and visit us. But the hotel is definitely the best place to stay with a bar and restaurant inside the hotel for convenience as well.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Visalia. It's a bit farther from downtown, but it is allworth it. My mother gets around with use of a walker and the staff is always helpful in assigning us a completely convenient, easy access room. It serves our needs well!

We had a wonderful visit again. We stay here when visiting family in Visalia. The staff is hard working, personable and friendly. The pool closes too early is the only downside.

We were assigned to a room with a broken air conditioner. I need to leave this review because along my trip, as an Asian family, there were 4 of 7 lodgings where we were assigned to a bad room, and 3 of the 7 times we had to call to move to a different room. This time, we arrived really late and just did not have time and vigor to change to a new room with everything we have loaded into the room. We had to endure a temperature of nearly 85 degrees F overnight. Some people in this industry: stop assigning bad rooms to minorities. Don't you think you will just get away from being a racist?
