The overall experience was good, we spent time in the pool and that was great for the kids. The carpet downstairs and in the elevator need to be replaced. The elevator smelled and looked very run down but that was it. Would stay there again.

I liked how clean and spacious the gym was. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast options are always good.

Stay was great! We were in town for a few days visiting family and it is nice and centrally located. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was pretty standard but had a good selection. Will definitely stay here again next trip

Good location in Tulare. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. It took forever for the water to warm up in the shower-a good 3 minutes. This defeats the purpose of the low flow fixtures in this region, which is in a drought. We had several rooms for a big family event and all of the showers were slow to warm.

The room has basically what you need. My only complaint is the sound of the air conditioner, which was loud and kept waking me up. The breakfast spread had a good variety of food which kept my kids happy. Staff was attentive and nice.
