Checking in was very minimal. Here’s ur key card. That’s it. No QR code or paperwork or info where even the elevator is. No WiFi, bar or restaurant, gym, pool information at all. Had to ask everything. Wambam go to your room Bathroom tub was dripping water because of leaking faucet to include loose faucet, shower water was low, couldn’t adjust shower head. Sink water was way too hot and a safety issue for children. I will not come back here again.

We stayed with our kids and had a great time. The drinks at the bar are cheap and the food look s amazing. The staff was so sweet with my three kids. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean property. My little family used the property mainly to sleep and shower only so our stay was excellent. Staff were friendly and quickly sent housekeeping to fulfill our requests during our stay. Will stay here again in the future.

My family stays here a minimum of 4-5 visits per year and we’ll be back in a few weeks again, since it has already been scheduled. The last several stays, we’ve experienced quite a few disappointments and it’s become such a constant that we have decided to not stay again. The staff is very kind and professional, but good luck getting a bottle of water under the new management. Per our last 3-4 visits, we’ve had to change rooms due to ants, spiders, no working television, and toilet, etc. Very sad since this has always been a convenient place for our business, medical, and leisure trips.

Hotel was good and appropriate for the cost. Staff was very good and always available. Restaurant menu was average and could have more menu options. I though that the price of breakfast was high and we usually went to starbucks every day instead of eating at the hotel. The quality of the coffee was not good at all. We were there for 8 days for a family vacation and the location was great and quality of the hotel and amenities was great for for our trip. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families

Hilton Garden Inn was a comfortable upscale place to stay while visiting family. Nice surroundings. Walkable to stores. You can eat in the hotel itself as well. Very friendly and polite staff.
