Worst experience ever!!!! I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. I chose it because of its proximity to Sequoia National Park and made sure to book at least a month in advance. However, after completing a stargazing tour late at night, I arrived at the hotel around 12 AM and encountered a series of continuous inconveniences. Firstly, there was no one at the reception. We called continuously for 20 minutes before a staff member finally opened the door. After presenting my confirmation, they informed us that they were overbooked and could not accommodate us, despite our valid confirmation and itinerary number. All of this happened at 1 AM. They explained that the hotel had been fully booked since noon and had no available rooms. Incredibly, as they were telling us this, another family arrived and was promptly checked in. We were left shocked and confused. The receptionist claimed the hotel was fully booked since noon, yet they magically had a room available for this family. Feeling helpless, we politely asked for assistance in finding available rooms at nearby Marriott hotels. The receptionist responded rudely, claiming not to know or be able to help. As our group frantically called nearby hotels, the receptionist refused to make any effort to assist us, displaying an uncooperative and rude attitude throughout. The staff are always great rooms are clean.Breakfast is always on point I stay here ever trip to visit my family.

The room was amazing. Enough room for my family of five. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Kids and I love the pool. Breakfast was good. Laundry room was kind of expensive but I was glad the had a washet and dryer. Over all we would stay again.

I didn’t like the fact the recipients was clueless of what she was doing took to long to check in,I was late to my appointments because of the fact that took to long to check in, other than that the place was clean and very comfortable for my child to sleep in the bed
