A tale of mixed experiences. My family of 6 arrived with a reservation for a suite. Our room was only a double queen with no pull out couch. They gave us a second room, but tried to charge us for it. After some conversation, they agreed to comp us the second room. The staff was very friendly, but it wasn't great to have our family separated.

am writing to express my considerable disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Despite having reserved a suite room well in advance.I was given a standard room . There are six family members, four adults and two children, and two of them had to lie on the floor with great difficulty. Not only did this fall woefully short of my expectations and the description I had been assured of, but it also significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I had chosen your establishment based on its reputation for quality and service, and I must say, my experience has been a significant letdown. I expect immediate action to be taken to rectify this situation, including suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Well at first the hotel seemed awkward since I got a room that was on the backside. But the room was awesome (a suite). Very clean, large, comfortable beds, etc. There was two pools on the property, which I thought was impressive. Breakfast was also great. Huge safe parking lot. And even a cute outdoorsy area with a small play structure for kids.

We have stayed here at least ten times, because they have suites big enough for our family to stay in. This stay was a disappointing, due to cleanliness/maintenance issues. There was dried, melted, cookie dough ice cream all over the sidewalk to our room, a plastic hairnet floating in the swimming pool, and at least 20-30 human hairs on the floor of the bathroom. There was mold/mildew in the bathroom as well. The lamp shade in our room was broken to bits, but still being used. There was a clump of old hair in the tub train as well. They also have also put in new mattresses...but they are queen sized, as opposed to the old king sized, which wasn't as big of a deal but disappointing...at least they were new(er).

Overall, this is a great property for kids and pets. Service was great and property was in pretty good shape. We were disappointed that our pool was green and looked like it needed maintenance.

Check in was easy, room was decently clean with exception of the shower. Curtain bottom was covered in pink mold and definitely needed changed out. Bed was very comfortable but not enough blankets as the comforters are super thin. Ac in room was super loud and not very cold. The pool which you have to access through the main office which was weird in itself, was dirty and the front desk clerk had her own 4 kids using the pool for entertainment and helping themselves to juice and breakfast snacks at 6pm.

Spacious and clean. Lots of options for breakfast which is super helpful for kids and picky eaters. They even had gluten free options. Area felt safe. The staff was very nice.
