Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

This day was good comfortable and the rooms were clean. Parking was way too expensive for a family stay. In my opinion, should be complementary for guests

Did not let us have connecting rooms, gave away adjoining rooms to other single room guests even though I confirmed the adjoining rooms the day prior. Was such a hassle for our family with two children.

The beds are small and uncomfortable, especially for a family of 3. The food was ok. Service was good, hotel was clean.

Had multiple rooms to a family event. It was a great place - very friendly staff, clean rooms with large balconies. We will definitely stay anytime we’re in the area

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff--they even called our room twice to check in and see how our stay was going. Super impressed! The location was perfect for our trip to great america. The room was a bit small, parking prices steep, and only a few channels on the TV which isn't a deal breaker but we looked forward to watching Hallmark or lifetime Christmas movies on our vacation and couldn't, not the end of the world though. Not to have access to a microwave near the ice machine and a small fridge in the room. Would stay here again but for a family of 4 two double beds were a bit cozy, so keep that in mind!

Hotel was very nice and clean.. the people were very friendly and nice... I was traveling with my family and they allowed me to check in early which was really great since my 10 month son needed a comfy bed to take a nap.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was family friendly with the pool and outdoor lounge spaces. Appreciated having the restaurant/lounge/cafes available right on site. There was also a communal microwave on our floor which was useful. The only thing to note is the parking fees $40/per car per night can add up quickly.
