One night stay. Across the street from the baseball complex. The front desk was welcoming and accommodating. The King Suite was clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet provided all family members with a plentiful variety of food and beverage from which to choose.

My stay was better than expected. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. Only disappointment was breakfast was a bit cold.

The wood floor was covered with a sticky dried substance. When we walked into the room, it got on our shoes and tracked it throughout the room. I had to text message the hotel because that is the way they wanted us to communicate. They responded quickly and told us at 8:30 the first morning that the front desk staff would reach out to us and solve the problem. I told them we were leaving to meet our family within the hour, and I never heard from them. I texted them in the afternoon, and they said they went up and cleaned the room. The room should have been spotless before we got there.

Overall it was a good experience. It’s located in a business center so it was very quiet on the weekend. Very short drive to great America. Rooms were clean and spacious, only complaint is that there are no drawers to put clothes away which is frustrating when you’re traveling with a family. Room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave which is super convenient for family’s though. Walls were a bit thin but it was not a problem for us since our neighbors, if any, were quiet. We did not use the pool but it is small. Food from the bar/grill was good. Wish they had the menu in room or online though. We would stay here again depending on pricing.

I enjoyed the spacious room with my 2 children. Room was clean and easy access to freeway. I didnt like that i couldn't pay cash for my room. When I booked the room on line I was given the option to pay with credit card or oay when i arrived at the hotel. I chose to Pay at the hotwl when I arrived. I had no problem paying with credit card for the Incidental but I preferred to oay cash for the room and NOT have it on my credit card. There was nothing that stated that i couldn't pay cash so I was upset that they would not accept cash. I didnt understand the reasoning for NOT accepting cash. I've stayed at other Radisson Hotels in the pass and they have accepted cash. Thank goodness I had credit card that I didn't have to worry about how much I charged on it.

Front desk was super welcoming we stayed for a pre season football game at the Levi stadium, the only con about the stay was there was a lot kids running around but other than that loved the room it was definitely super clean and would definitely stay here again

The hotel was nice, but it had a lot of kids staying there on the 2nd day of the visit. They were very nosy and was they were running up down the halls on my floor and the floor above me. Also they were shaking our door knobs and set off the fire alarm! The alarm kept going off for at least an hour until the fire department came to fix it and reset the alarm. At it did not go off during the night at bedtime. But the staff was really helpful and did all they could to accommodate us during our stay, so I give a score of 10 for the hotel staff.

The Radisson Sunnyvale is a pretty good hotel. I unfortunately had a room below a family with kids running around and the hotel could not do much about it other than move me. But the same kids were out at the pool making noise in the night so really couldn't escape it. Quality of the bed and bath amenities was good and food at the lobby bar was good. Google maps had a hard time finding the hotel but finally found it.
