We loved our stay. It was a fantastic room and was exactly what our family needed. The restaurant was also very delicious and the service for both staff of the hotel and restaurant were great

Great stay for our family with 3 kids! Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was broken during our stay and they ran out of dessert at the restaurant. But otherwise it was a great stay. Would go again.

Love the stay clean kid friendly good food

The hotel was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The gentleman who checked us in when we arrived at the front desk was kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’m giving only three stars because the a/c vent in our room was so noisy, (but not a repetitive kind of sound like a fan but a noisy random unsettling sound) that it kept us up all night. We would have turned it off but it was very warm in our room. Also, wish there was coffee available in the lobby or a better coffee selection in our room. There were no coffee shops close by besides McDonald’s and the overpriced buffet breakfast ($29/person) downstairs in the hotel restaurant. The gym was very nice and clean. Wanted to use the pool but it was closed by the time we checked in and didn’t open until 9 am. Overall a lovely place and served its purpose but wasn’t a restful stay and lack of amenities for us and our two little kids made us leave pretty early.

This was a great spot for our family while in the area! The staff was very friendly and the kids enjoyed the pool! The only thing I’d have to say is the beds were extremely uncomfortable but other than that it was an amazing place.

Great hotel! The room size and layout was an unexpected surprise. We were there for 9 nights visiting family so going “home” each day was so nice! BUT - two little issues. No free breakfast and the televisions, though new, kept having to get re-set which was a hassle.

I think this is a very clean and pretty hotel With friendly staff. However the last time I stayed here the hot tub got shut down in our last day. This time … it was closed completely. Not for renovation, just not functioning properly I guess. I won’t stay here again as this has been a problem both times and a hot tub and pool are very important to my family when we are choosing a hotel.

Our family of 6 stayed here for two nights and we were very pleased with our experience.

Centrics are a great new addition to the Hyatt family!
