Hilton Santa Clara

Definitely not the hotel in the photos online. The pool is significantly smaller than the photo. It had a capacity of 35 people. However, apparently the hotel staff didn’t think the capacity was important and allowed over 60 people on the pool. A huge family took over most of the chairs and tables the entire time we were at the pool. Interestingly, this family were also not overnight guests of the hotel and the staff knew and didn’t care. They were alos leaving open beer bottles on the ground where kids were going back and forth. The towels were always empty at the pool as well, even the second day when we were the only ones at the pool at 9am, no towels. We had to go ask the front desk. The room was clean and decent. The fridge was terrible and barely worked. The ac never got very cool. There was paint on the curtains and rips on wallpaper. The ONLY thing about this hotel that may deserve its 4 stars is the Levi stadium view…the room with the window seat was amazing. It served its purpose for us, but no way would I say 4 stars.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Santa Clara during the American Cup match between Brazil and Colombia, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The staff at the hotel showed outstanding attention, attitude, and professionalism towards me, my family, and friends, including every Colombian and Brazilian fan. As a roudy bunch who loves to listen to music and celebrate, we were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the Hilton and its staff were. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed to celebrate and support our teams. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton at Santa Clara for its exceptional service and hospitality, especially during special events like the American Cup.

Not the typical Hilton experience. Front desk seemed irritated I asked if any rooms were available on the same floor as 3 other families we were traveling with. Room was clean and spacious. Beds definitely need replacement. You could hear and feel every spring. We went down for breakfast and were told only buffet breakfast was available, definitely not worth the price, hot food was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Unfortunately this was not the typical Hilton brand experience we have come to expect.

Staff treated us like family. Arrived on game day (also Christmas) and they checked us in and accommodated our request to have neighboring rooms. Security managed the tailgate party very pleasantly. Easy access to freeways and restaurants. We really had a fabulous visit and will continue staying at Hilton Santa Clara on future trips

My stay was unfortunately marred by a terrible experience, mainly attributed to the condition of the room. The room seemed old and lacked cleanliness, with poor ventilation being a significant issue. The vents appeared to have not been cleaned, emitting particles in both the bedroom and bathroom. To add to the discomfort, the windows wouldn't open, leading to constant sneezing for my family while inside the room. The floors were in a sorry state - old, cracked, and visibly uncleaned. Even the walls and beds seemed to be in a dirty, worn-out, and uncomfortable condition. I have pictures but had an issue uploading them. I must commend the staff, who were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, despite their best efforts, they were unable to resolve the issues I encountered with the room

This was a nice safe place to stay with your family. Its walking distance to Levi Stadium and Great America.

I love the space in my room, it was very clean and quiet. I love the gym and the kids love the pool.

I decided to enjoy my dinner near the pool and was cussed at by some family for being near their children in the hotels public swimming pool. The ran to the front desk accusing me for it leaving the pool area saying the most horrific things about me while I was minding my own business and enjoying my own time. The hotel staff did nothing about these guests outrage and this awful experience which I’ve never experience in my life.

My family and I stayed 2 nights at the Hilton mostly for it’s proximity to Great America. Ample room size with two queen beds. The room was clean and the wifi had good signal. Free self parking was walking distance to the hotel. I paid to have breakfast included with my stay and it was quite tasty/buffet style. I purchased dinner once and it was delicious. Check in and check was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.
