Great stay! Good location, comfortable beds and decent rooms. The pool deck area was small and lacked good lounge chairs, but it was more than fine for the kids. The front desk was very nice and helpful, and we decided to stay another night! The only glaring issue was how horrible the lobby looked. It was a surprising contrast to the Inn's pretty and charming exterior. The lobby is desperate for a remodel!

Comfortable, affordable, it’s a little outdated but I would stay there again. Liked the little patio to enjoy a glass of wine. It was a good family vibe too, but not too noisey.

The second night of our stay, we came back to our room with our “travel foods” disappeared. I immediately realized it was prob tossed away by the cleaning staff, which was ridiculous since our food was properly organized in a big brown grocery bag, clean and unopened.
We have foods & meds for our toddler, snacks & drinks for us for days, and even breakfast for the next day. Just a simple look inside you’ll know this is a whole bag of goodies that people would use. How inexperienced and careless does the cleaning person have to be, not to mention it’s their job? Never heard sth like this!
I was very desperate & stressed this late at night, while we had to give food & meds to our child. So I rushed to the front desk for help. Honestly if it wasn’t because the front desk lady was so nice helping us call around and look for it, this place doesn’t even deserve that one star.
Of course, the result was our bag was gone, and we had to remedy everything ourselves. What did they do to show apology? The management told the lady to give us $50, which is funny given how little they thought our bag was worth, not to mention all the additional stress and inconvenience this is causing us. It’s almost insulting.
I was in a rush to head out to buy things, and didn’t want to give that lady a hard time. But now I think about it, I should have tried to talk to the management before leaving the next day. Overall, it was a poorly managed place with terrible cleaning and management.

My kids love that the pool was warm and the hot jacuzzi they enjoyed it that makes me happy

We were disappointed that the only Ice Machine was not working and they were remodeling and could not provide breakfast. A family of 4 saves lots of money when we can get a quick breakfast at the hotel. I would go again, but would confirm they have breakfast and have ice.

The hotel itself was fine, the bed was comfy, the comforter was soft, there was a jetted tub, little balcony overlooking the pool. The receptionist was just so rude. We arrived at around 12:30pm and since my husband was working we thought we’d wait in the lobby until check-in. The lobby was closed, first time I have ever experienced nobody at the lobby. We waited in the car and there was another family also waiting. The groundskeeper and maid were around and they let us in since it was cold and windy outside and I guess they felt bad we were waiting in the car. Then the receptionist gets there and yells at the folks who let us in in Spanish telling them why they let us in. She then tells the other family and us that check-in is at 3pm, even though my confirmation said 2pm. She said she’s on her lunch and not on the clock and came running when she hear ppl were in the lobby. But her tone was so nasty and she could have gone about it very differently. The other family just wanted to use the restroom for their daughter and we had no problem waiting til check in time, but again, lady needs a lesson on customer service.

We paid $258 and our other family member paid $268/5 Hotel croque. Over priced
It says in the booking that check is 2pm but their actual booking is 3pm. Worse is we went early around 11am and they say to come back at 1pm but it’s not yet ready

We loved our stay at this quiet little inn. It's a family ran hotel and they treat everyone with such warmth! They have limited lobby hours, which is understandable with a number to call incase we needed anything. I locked myself out of my room at 1am so I had to give them a call & they were there to help me within 5 minutes! EXCELLENT SERVICE! The rooms were spacious and very clean! I will be coming back to stay here exclusively from now on!

Workers of the hotel had their family members in the pool and they were not behaving. Teenagers jumping in pool not caring little kids were in there. They were using bad language too. Couldn't enjoy the pool or jacuzzi.
