Hi There, I have been with Hotels.Com many years, booked so many hotels ,with good experience, I have never send complaint about my stay to so many hotels, but today we are complaining the bad experiences that we stayed at the last night at Santa Ynez Marriott. We booked two rooms. One of them, the AC didn’t work. Before we slept, we adjusted temperature to 80 F, the room was still cold. Therefore, we needed to wear our clothes to sleep. As a result, myself and my husband were hardly got any sleep last night. In addition to AC, the TV didn’t work either even though the mechanics couldn’t not fix the issue. Because it was after 10 pm, we just asked him to stop fixing the TV anymore. This room’s toilet stopped flushing as well. The another room that we booked didn’t provide any water at all. The coffee machine does not work in the morning. Since three of family members didn’t sleep well because of cold temperature, last night the temperature dropped to 40s. Because all of these bad experiences that we had, we would ask you to wave the charges for two rooms that we booked. Thank you in advance for considering our request!

Will definitely be back! Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Outdoor patio was nice with lots of games to enjoy outdoors. Walking distance to Firestone and McDs for the kids.

Beautiful property and fun activities for kids.

Location clean and pleasant. Plenty places to eat around the area. No issues. Staff was helpful and supportive. Great place to stay with the family. Happy travels!

My room was quiet, although there was a family next to me with small children. I couldn’t hear them at all.
