Beautiful & comfortable in every way. Very helpful & cordial staff. Wonderful to be near the beach. What a perfect vacation for our extended family!

The Santa Barbara Inn was beautiful. From the time we arrived to check out the service was wonderful. The valet attendants were friendly and prompt with getting our car. Check in was very easy and accommodating. The inn was in a perfect location. Will definitely be recommending this Inn to family and friends.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very cozy, clean with a beautiful beach front view. Customer service was superb. The whole staff treated my wife and i amazing. I will definetley stay here again and will recommend to family and friends! 5 stars!

After flight delays and a long day of traveling the front desk staff seemed more annoyed at my arrival then appreciative. The young woman who checked me in did not even make eye contact with me until the very end until she handed me my key. This is a nice hotel, across from the beach that wants to go the extra mile but doesn't step up to the plate when you first walk in the door. This sets the tone of your evening and after a long day of travel to have your hotel be annoyed and have you sign a slip that reminds you how much you are paying them to be annoyed with you. A welcome note a and a couple of warm bottles of Pellegrino are a little to late after the underwhelming welcome from the front desk staff annoyed they need to do their job. Also I ordered room service and they called me back several times about a simple order that was off the child's menu which I did not deviate or make any changes to the order. Oh- and they called my room back to ask me what room? How does that happen? You just called my room? How did you know which room?
