Riviera Beach House

We stayed here for our wedding with our family. The staff were friendly, great customer service, and excellent location! Very walkable and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was excellent for our short stay in Santa Barbara. The location was perfect for us. As a single parent travelling with two kids I was able to walk every we wanted to eat and play all day. We hit up the Moxi, the beach, skaters point, shipwreck playground, Monys Mexican for lunch, the Lucky Penny for pizza dinner and McConnells Ice Cream for breakfast (it’s vacation after all). The hotel staff were wonderful. They showed professionalism and kindness with my family answering all our questions and even storing our luggage so we could explore more before our train came to whisk us along the coast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower water was hot and the water pressure excellent for relaxing and washing sandy feet. The extra outdoor spaces on the floor were perfect for chilling out after our adventures. If you only have 24/48 hours in SB and don’t have a car this is the perfect place to relax and play. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Our family has a wonderful experience at your lovely Hotel. Your front desk staff were so personable and amazing with their personal assistance especially Cleta, Experience Manager she was a great host to our family! We will definitely be staying at this Hotel again! John, Amy & Ariyana

Parking is $48 a day. This was not mentioned . Only said “parking available” Noisy hallways outside room with children running and dogs barking.

I have been to Santa Barbara several times but this was the first time I stayed at the Riviera Beach House. My daughter and I absolutely LOVED IT!! From the warm welcome at the reception until check out, the service was exceptional! Danny at the reception was extremely professional and welcoming. The room is on the smaller side but very clean and cozy. The beautiful patio was very spacious and EXCELLENT for my fur baby. We will definitely return to stay at this beautiful gem. Five stars for sure!

The staff was terrible not ready to help when the elevator was not present and luggage elevator was out of service..they made us climb stairs and drag all our bags to our room. The rooms were very tiny..they started and ended immediately... very small for a family of four. Rooms were dirty..staff unfriendly..not worth the money they demand. Only good thing about the property was it's location. Everything else ZERO.
