It’s great to stay with the family

A fantastic place! Nice rooms and you get all the amenities of the wonderful Flying Flags Resort next door. The donuts delivery each morning to our room was a great touch. Perfect place for family or couples. We will be back!

This was our second time staying here and we always enjoy it. A family friendly atmosphere. We also enjoy the pub

Rooms were clean and comfy but not very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day but it never arrived, our kids were in the next room and they had their breakfast and said it was ok but we didn't bother ordering it the next day because it was not great anyway.

I would love to give 5 stars across but we had 2 unfortunate issues. On our first night we had to move rooms at midnight because of bugs in our room. There’s must’ve been a dozen bugs on the ceiling and walls. We were moved to a different room which was nice but the AC unit was malfunctioning causing a very loud whiny noise. At 1:00 am, we had to move to a third room which finally worked out nicely. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic. She even came to look at the room. We were very understanding but also very disappointed in the fact that the refund amount they offered for the inconvenience was something like $45. The resort fee plus tax. We left with stories to tell out friends and family.

The place is cute and clean. The walls are thin so you can hear everything - kids running around and screaming to maids carts rolling past to nearby traffic. Even the smell from the nearby pot smokers creeped in. There are no phones in the rooms so you have to call from your phone if you need to reach the front desk. Our room did not have toilet paper or hand soap and later also found out in the shower that we were also missing body wash. Had to walk up to the lobby to pick up items that should've been tended to before my arrival. The pillows are clumpy and need to be thrown away. The free breakfast is a bakery item, fruit and drink that is delivered to your door in the morning - our delivery was about 40 min late, our neighbors delivery was about 1hr 20 min late. Overall the place is cute and has been nicely updated. Just needs a little better attention to detail from staff.

I enjoyed my stay, had family in RV area and was super easy walk, this is now our go to for Thanksgiving!

Perfect for families

Actually this was our 1st time here, I Love it. Very quiet, beds were amazing very convenient everything was close by. I will defenately come back nd will recommend to friends nd family

Hotel nice and clean, spacious room. welcome and service to forget. we arrived tired and Hungry, we had to wait several minutes before we could check in because the girls at the desk was chatting with her smatphone. we hoped than to eat something at the restaurant but they told us that the entrance was not allowed to people under 21. when booking i did not find this information online, with two minor daughters I would not go there.keep in mind this information if you have minor children.
