Pack n play had no cushion just blankets for my baby to sleep on which is a hazard. Not even a real crib like other hotels.

Great space and roomy. Clean room and will end up staying here again when I’m in San Ramon visiting family. Definitely top of the list for breakfast selection and quality in the last 6 months of staying at various hotels.

I visit every year to see family. Great location. Great accomodations. Friendly staff. Word to future travelers, the neighboring town of Dublin, CA's Lazy Dog Restaurant parking lot is where my rental car was broken into and everything was stolen. Cops said this happens a lot. Parking security said it happens a lot. Criminals identify that it's a rental because of a sticker on every rental's license plate. One night, the gate at my cousin's apartment complex in San Ramon was being climbed by 3 guys in all black when we got to his place. They scattered when they saw the headlights of my replacement rental. But that's not a count against a great hotel. I love staying there and visiting family.

The Hyatt House was perfect, we had a wedding close by and our family had a few rooms at this location. Very comfortable, clean place, breakfast was wonderful.

We needed a room for a night after a family event. The hotel was convenient to nearby neighborhoods. The room had a lot of very nice amenities for the very reasonable price, including in-room kitchenette, which is great for those of us who prefer our own food over restaurant food. We will come back!
