The property and room were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to reach. We also had a great experience in the dining area, where the service was above and beyond. The location is just minutes from Dublin and other areas. We definitely recommend the hotel and plan to return when we visit our near by family in the future.

Staff was helpful at check in when got up to room and found it had been raided (sports events had Hotel full of athletic teams). Have extended stay twice (from 28 through 14yh) and had lots of family assembling at Hotel for a funeral...staff has been accommodating. One elevator mirror wall covered with a mural that is torn...mural should be removed or repaired.

This was a great pick for a weekend in East Bay, trying to pick a central location to all our family activities. Worked out great. Hotel staff was very friendly and quick to help with any requests. The best was finding out guests get free access to Club Sport.

For the most part my family and I really enjoyed our stay. We only had two issues with the hotel, one was the staff at check in were a bit rude. The second issue was the jacuzzi was not warm and the jets were not working.
