I was very disappointed with my stay. First, it took 55 minutes for Expedia to communicate with the hotel’s system allowing us to get access to a room. It was late at night and I had two small children. The shower didn’t drain so we couldn’t shower, the coffee maker was broken, there were signs of bedbugs, and the cleaning staff opened the door at 8:00 am, waking us up.

It was a very nice hotel. My flight got in at midnight and the car rental agency didn’t open until the next morning. Courtyard has a 24 hour shuttle which picked me right up and took me to the hotel quickly. The rooms were spacious and the employees welcoming. I would recommend staying here to my friends and family.

Great location for an early morning flight out of SFO. Shuttle very efficient, all staff informed and friendly and a bonus for kids we were traveling tih: an indoor pool that is very family friendly.
