Quality Suites Downtown San Luis Obispo

We found the hotel comfortable and the location great for exploring San Luis Obispo on foot. The room itself was rather dusty and there were some obvious stains on the wall in bathroom, and although we told the reception about it, it was never cleaned up. The hotel has a breakfast buffet that is quite chaotic. There are not enough seats for all the guests and you have to wait around for a seat while your breakfast gets cold. This hotel is good for families but couples may want to find something more quiet.

I have to say that the lobby looks just as beautiful and clean as it does on their website. The whole property was very well maintained! Our family visited the pool area, gym, social time, 5-7pm, breakfast room, game room and EVERYTHING was in place and clean. I have to say that there was a little mishap in our room upon check in but once I brought it up to Amelia in the front desk, it was quickly resolved and she made it all better which made me and family feel appreciated in their property! I checked in with Claudia and she was also friendly and helpful. We were in town for my son's weekend baseball tournament only but we look forward to visit again for a longer stay in the future! I REALLY like that this place has NO carpet in their rooms and wish all hotels would do this for cleanliness issues.

Enjoyed our two nights stay. Great for family. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and they work hard. Their free hot breakfast is definitely a perk. The staff made sure all the tables were consistently being cleaned and all the food, coffee are always stocked up. Wil definitely stay again.

I have stayed here many times over the years and it is always a fun, welcoming place for family and friends! The pool area and grounds are lovely and relaxing. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast cooked to order are great! It’s a short walk into town for shopping, movies, dining.

This was my first time staying at this location. I have two children and they really benefited from the included breakfast each day. A nice clean and well stocked dining room with wonderful service. Restrooms located by the pool, snack shop and vending machines are nice to have on hand. I had a corner room with a small balcony. The space was just enough for a family of four. Complimentary happy hour for the adults and sodas for the kids. Plenty of parking onsite and a few spots to grab a late night dinner if needed. We will be staying here on our next trip.

Great stay. Loved the room. Soft bedding, supportive bed and pillows, great water pressure in the shower. Loved the complimentary happy hour and breakfast buffet!! Would stay here again if my child decides to attend Cal Poly.

My family really likes this location, the manager's reception every evening is great, the cantina and the made to order breakfast is wonderful. The room was clean and quiet, and the location is great. This is our go to place when heading to the central coast of CA.

Super hotel for our family. We had a suite with two beds and a separate sitting area. Hotel is older but has been updated so it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with 4 platter options and lots of traditional choices. Really nice staff. We didnt use the pool but the temp seemed good and we liked hanging out by fire pit and gardens. Easy walk .5 mile to the hub of slo but a few places to eat within a block. This would be a go to for any stay on slo
