Such a pretty place to stay at. The rooms were clean and had a great vintage design. The pool was heated and open late. It was a highlight for our family of 4. The restaurant was great, but we only ordered drinks and cake :) I would definitely recommend the Madonna Inn!!

Loved my massage, kids had fun at the pool and horse back riding. We are fairly regular at the Madonna Inn.

My wife and I had a run of food poisoning after dinner in the bar. We were unaware of the need for hotels guests to make reservations for the main dining area. There were kids running up and down in front of our room until late. The kitchen had run out of "all desserts except ice cream" by 6 pm. In retrospect that was probably a good thing. Breakfast was stale and the coffee pot leaked all over. There were spiders in one corner of the room. We just had to laugh at how truly screwed up this visit was. Comically horrible. It will make a great story to our friends. The place appears popular, but we won't ever be back. There are many clean and modern choices nearby.

The Madonna inn is a special place for my family and we were blessed to be able to take our 11 almost 12 year old to experience it for the first time. It I’d not disappoint and we had another magical experience. We will always come back to Madonna inn.

The hotel itself is amazing and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our room (Merry) and exploring the property. It was great how close it was to the Madonna Hill hike and we loved doing that. The room was spacious and beautiful- but we did find the mattress to be a bit sub-par (sagging into the middle). The cleaning staff were excellent; the front desk staff were polite, if not exactly warm. The swimming pool felt like a bathtub (probably because it was so crowded). I hadn't realized how popular this hotel would be for families- there were a lot of kids running around. The fitness room, tennis courts, and other facilities were all in great condition and really fun to use. The restaurants were all great and we received good service throughout. I would absolutely stay here again!

We love this place snd have stayed here many times slways having s great time. This time the people in the room next to us were having a party from hell all afternoon and all night. We called security 5 times. They came knocked on the door and then left when nobody answered. No effort was made to make them turn down music or to calm down or to help us. Also a very drunk guest vomited in the jacuzzi and children were eating in the other jacuzzi and pool… no one looking out for problems… We loved the flowers, the gym, the big funky room, and the restaurant but feel sad that this time was such a disappointment.
