My family had a 2 night stay. The hotel itself felt welcoming and comfortable. I would like to mention the front desk rep Antonio who went above and beyond getting us checked in, giving us great directions and very friendly.

I had an autistic kid travelling with me. To protect the glass cups, wine cups, and some merchandises kept on mini-bar, I had to move those around. I ended up being charged for these items even though I did not consume any of the items and placed them back in place before departure.

This is obviously a top choice for business hotels, but we were pleased that it was friendly to families on vacation, too. The staff were very nice and responsive. The room was clean and spacious.

Spacious rooms- reasonably priced. Bar prices excessive- $24 for a glass of white wine- are you kidding me?! Also not much bar/restaurant ambiance- need a happy hour or something to attract some biz
