Sirens heard easily at night that kept waking me up. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would be nice if the hotel had some kid friendly food options. My 17 year old even had a hard time picking from the menu. Definitely a more upscale restaurant. I found it delicious however.

The staff was amazing! They accommodated out needs and were on top of everything! The hotel was so beautiful and clean. The only thing was this hotel is not in a very safe area of town, especially with children.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. There is an "activity centre" including a pool table, air hockey and a tv. We spend almost all our nights there with the kids. The training center is small so be There early if you want to have room to train. While we were there, there were several problems with both the terrasse and the elevator. The neighborhood is not si welcomy... Yes, you are in the center but my wife was scared to go out alone even in sunlight.

Great space and amenities for our family of 4. Daily housekeeping was nice.

Superb location. Room not soundproof. Widows do not close properly. Front Office staff incapable. Made request to extend for one night, several attempts. Would be called back, no response. Booked family room, towels only for two. Concierge / porter / valet a bit rude as we parked our car elsewhere. No breakfast option. Gameroom for kids where only half the items work. Guest Relations which does not function. Requested a birthday cake, nothing was possible, orher than arrange yourself.

The property is in a good location but turn the wrong way (towards Tenderloin / out of the city as opposed to towards Union Square or North to the Bay) and it is not a pleasant location at all. The property itself is dated and dark and the kitchenette is purely a microwave, fridge and sink right next to the bathroom. The windows aren’t double glazed and you can therefore hear every noise from the street - the windows also rattle with the wind or when someone in another room / on another floor We arrived into our room and the sofa bed hadn't been made up for the children - this was rectified but it was as if the staff wanted an additional tip for doing what should have already been done as part of our stay. When the bed was made up the children only had to a sheet to keep them covered / warm and when we requested a quilt or more blankets these took over 24 hours to arrive due to limited staff being available and again we were left in a position where tips were anticipated. If we had ordered extras this would have been different but this was us expecting the basics of what should have been included in our room price.

This was a wonderful hotel for me and my 3 teenaged children. Clean, beautiful, great amenities and friendly & helpful staff. I recommend!

The property was beautiful. The restaurant has the best food and service and Ava at the bar was delightful. Unfortunately I have to give it a mediocre review because they are trying to sell time shares. So they tell you at check-in to get a “welcome packet” from the concierge. When I approached, with other guests in the vicinity, I was asked if I was a single mom, I’m guessing because I was traveling with my children. She made a sad face as if being a single mom was some disease or something shameful. Clearly a “poor single mother” isn’t the target customer for a time share so she quickly dismissed me. Other than that horribly embarrassing encounter I did enjoy the property and my stay.

Don't understand why people don't mention these things in reviews. Unless the majority of reviews are fake or rigged. When I looked at the reviews and booked this hotel, it never say that room service is every 4 days, and that didn't include for me picking up the trash. Also and around the hotel it is dirty, strong odor to drugs, feces, urine and not safe after 5-6, especially when it gets dark. Not recommendable if you take your family and that includes restaurants and fast food places...nasty! junkies.

A perfect place for our family vacation. Very clean and spacious!
