For the price, this hotel was sub-par. Our room was toward the front street entrance of the hotel and it was extremely noisy 24 hours a day. The air conditioning in-room was barely functional, so the room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. There is no pool, no hot tub, they said the spa was closed, and overall it left much to be desired. Another guest stated that it was “the best Best Western” he ever stayed at, and he wasn’t kidding. I’ve had nicer accommodations at a Best Western myself. Drinks were ridiculously expensive. Room service was great if you like burnt eggs for $180.00! Complete waste of time and money.

Other hotels like the St. Regis are nicer, cleaner and the amenities surpass this hotel. So disappointed with our check in they were one hour late and no special perks for kids at check in. So not worth the price. Pretty much over priced for no special reason. There was hair in my shower and on the sink when I finally was allowed in my room. I can’t believe I paid so much for a regular old hotel.

We reside in Texas. Texans are known to be friendly and hospitable people. We are. Your staff made us feel very comfortable and very welcome. The bellhops were amazing. The young ladies at the desk lovely. Mr. Alexander Starksky and Mr. Alexander Vincent were genuinely kind, very gracious and informative. The ladies who serve guest at the eight floor Club Lounge were family. Beautiful people, very kind, very warm. Your staff made this the best five star hotel experience thus far. We are very appreciative to all. Gregory & Martha Johnson
