My family and I had a great experience. Easy check in and out. Staff is friendly and professional. The facility was very well kept including the pool.

Overall cleanliness was good, atmosphere, and not much noise. One terrible encounter with lady cleaning our room 126 who knew we were there and told us to wait 5 more minutes (no problem) but her treatment of my family saying not give her any more trash and to lock the glass door on us after she was done knowing we had a sleeping child.

The hotel is easy to get to, the rooms are large and clean and there is plenty of parking. The front desk clerks were helpful and responsive. All the updates are gorgeous. We Had a room on the 4th floor so that we would not have anyone walking/stomping above us, but the walls are not well insulated and we could hear the children running down the halls and talking in the room next to us. Was woken up when the people on the other side entered and when they left.

The outside of this hotel is nice and well maintained. The area is pretty secluded. There is one restaurant next door, but it closes early. We were put on the bottom floor in a suite. The room was very small. When I asked if we could be moved to a bigger suite, I was told they didn’t have anything bigger. The room smelt like dog pee, and there was dog hair on the carpet. The shower was dirty as well. We ended up checking out of this hotel after one night, and finding something better for our family. The front desk lady was very helpful with that process.

I booked 3 room 1 month before my trip. They put 2 rooms next to each other and the last one on the other side of the floor. It's very inconvenient since I'm traveling with my parents and with baby

Loves how the pool was warm, excellent for mt kids to swim. Checking in was fast and the staff were very nice. The rooms i cannot say enough! Our room was very cleaned and most importantly there was not dust anywhere around the room. I can tell the cleaned crew does a great job. We would definitely be stahing again. I recommend this hotel.

Nicely landscaped and enjoyable pool area (much better than other hotels in this price range). There were nice amenities for families, and we enjoyed the restaurant as well. Thank you.
