Ayres Lodge Alpine

Came for a sporting event with my teen age daughter. Just her and I. Sadly a guest showed up that is apparently a repeat. He was VERY CLEARLY on drugs. Made us feel very uncomfortably. We spent part of our time on the phone with the local police and not sleeping. This is sadly no longer a kid/family friendly place. This is also my second time staying here.

Always a great place to stay. I have family in Alpine. I have stayed here many times and it’s always on point.

Took a small family visit and we all had a great time. The garden/patio area was so nice with a fish pond and room for the kids to explore. All my experience with the staff was lovely. My kids were able to feed the fish in the morning. Breakfast was really good. Would stay again.

Me and my fam enjoy the breakfast buffet, the receptionist is very accomodating.The venue is family friendly away from the city.ill definitely come back.

Always amazing at Ayer’s lodge the people are exceptional they treat you like family.

I called the front desk around 2 hours after checking (5:00PM) in and asked asked if we could please get a couple of coffee cups as well as decaf coffee pods for the inroom pot. We had been to Julian and bought an apple pie hoping to enjoy it in the room but the Coffee was never brought to my room. You have customers list number of gusts along with ages per room, We had two rooms as this was a family outing with my three adult children one spouse and two grandchildren. The rooms were split up on opposite sides as well as opposite ends of the building. I asked the woman when I checked in and she chulckeled and said the rooms weren't too far apart. The sofa bed in my room would not open so we were three adults and a child in a room with a king size bed. Fix the broken sofa bed or don't put more than a couple in the room. Three towels for four people in the morning for showers. The worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Warning to others the office looks very charming in the photo of your add but the rest of the building is a rundown Motor Lodge. The jacuzzi was under construction and was not available for our stay. I'm just going to end this review here.
