Our bathroom sink was not draining. Somebody came up to fix it and decided it would take longer than he thought. We had to switch rooms. The room we switched too was smaller than our other room and the faucet on the bathtub was half falling off. They did have a good breakfast though. My daughter and her kids stayed there also one night when they came in there room there was a whole bunch of dirt in the bathroom sink. They did come and fix it promptly.

Convenient to Grossmont Shopping Center. Clean and friendly staff. Stay here when visiting family so will return.

My family and I stayed here after going to late concert and very much enjoyed our experience! :) They have FULL bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash inside the shower which is a lot nicer than those tiny bottles hotels give out. All stays include free breakfast. There were not a lot of options, but had great variety. I think the only thing we would ask for is bacon because they had everything else (eggs, sausage, biscuits, pancakes, etc.). The beds were very nice and clean- no random mystery stains. My only complaint is that check-in process is a little slow. I can definitely see this being automated.

Everything was good, with the exception of the power outlets in the room. None of the outlets located on the lighting devices worked and the only wall outlet accessible was the one next to the air conditioner and the one in the restroom. Staying with 2 grandkids, with multiple devices that needed charging, it was quite a hassle. I could not charge my phone next to the bed and their were not enough working outlets for all ou devices.

Cons: The hotel needs a major remodel. The building needs a fresh coat of paint, the rooms are old, dingy and dark, the TV starts and restarts on its own. The entire hotel is overdue for a makeover. Pros: The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I discovered on my own as I was parking my car that they have an on-site Tesla charging station. That was super convenient and probably the only reason I would consider staying there again. However, no one mentioned the charging station to me upon check or when I was filling out the description of my vehicle. I had a family member at the hospital down the street so I mainly stayed here for the close proximity to the hospital.

We were there for a weekend family wedding the place was close by and clean, it was. A great choice. The breakfast was awesome had everything you will need. The lady that worked at the breakfast area was so nice.
