Night receptionist was really nice and friendly and watched her handle a disgruntled customer very well, and professional, gave me two waters for my kids for waiting for the disgruntled customer

Booked a room weeks in advance with a king for a reason as [ our infant sleeps with us] we enter the room to 2 queen beds and find out all the kings are sold out. No offer of compensation or apologies. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE night and inconvenient for $200 stay. Not happy. We will likely be staying elsewhere next time.

While being stuck due to Cajon Pass closure we were able to quickly book a room here. The hotel is clean and staff was pleasant. While the could not accommodate of at time of arrival, we were patient and understood with the rush and closures everywhere. My only complaint is the walls are extremely thin. There was a family staying above with small children who apparently LOVED to run back and forth back and forth nearly stomping all night and first thing in. The morning. We enjoyed about stay and thank you.

We stayed here for a week last year and loved it! So we came back this year for another week while visiting family and were just as satisfied as last year. Plan to make this our go to place to stay when we are in this area
