Comfort Inn & Suites Sacramento - University Area

Decent hotel, very nice front desk receptionist. Mainly booked this hotel for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The pool was small (12) max capacity @ 4ft deep but the kids had fun. The jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Our room was very tidy and clean.

Everyone was friendly. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful. My husband had a kidney transplant ans had to stay herre for a few days after his discharge, and they were very accommodating. i would definitely recommend

The bed has used and soiled bed sheets. My 3 childern and myself stayed in the Capitol Suite and the sheets on the king size bed had coffee stains all over it. When I complained to the staff, excuses were made and no refunds will be issued. The hot tub had brown residue all over the bubbles, and the pool water was a dingy brown, with a oil slick. Breakfast was good. But the cleanliness was very unsatisfied

I liked that it was clean nice and it was really comfortable had a great relaxing stay with my kids

The room could not have been more comfortable. I have orthopedic issues and have trouble sleeping but your mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast, well, as breakfasts of that kind usually go but the eating area was well kept and there was plenty of food. If I need to stay in that area again (we had to go to the nearby family law facility) i will definitely choose our hote. Plus both receptionists we dealt with were very pleasant and professional.

Our stay was awesome. We didn't feel like we were packed into a small room. It was really spacious. Not at all what I was expecting. And the breakfast that was offered was so good. Everything we wanted and enough for my whole family to get full. And we didn't feel like anything was rushed. My family really enjoyed Everyone about our stay. Thank you all so much for making it our best hotel stay.

Rooms looked so old and run down. I have two toddlers and them walking around the room their feet were black! So gross. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the indoor pool but hard to say I would stay there again knowing the state of their cleanliness.

If you have a family DO NOT stay at this hotel. If you have any self-respect for yourself DO NOT stay at this hotel. If you use methamphetamines and other illicit drugs DO stay at this hotel. And if you ask for a refund on your stay because the place terrifies you and your family you can kiss that money goodbye because they will NOT give you your money back. This is the worst hotel experience of my life and I come to you with a warning to stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. It is littered with drug activity, dirty rooms, and broken furniture which come accompanied with slashes on them for some inexplicable reason (my guess is someone was tweaking and repeatedly stabbed at the furniture). This place is a joke and I have never regretted booking a stay so much in my life. The least this place could have done is offered me a refund because I was dissatisfied. And yea, I booked 3 nights, didn't stay in the room, stayed somewhere else, and never got my money back. For your own sanity DO NOT stay here.

Very loud! During the night a semi truck came in and someone’s car alarm went off! I could hear people speaking loudly in the hallway at 6:00am and crying children at 7:30am! So it seems the walls are thin!! Also Why don’t people have respect for others?

Paid for 2 rooms and kept getting a call regarding complaints on the other room. After multiple calls to my room. I was literally in the other for 20 minutes and got a call at the room stating loud noise. I went to the front seat and asked the clerk what the call was about as I had been in the room the last 20 min and we weren’t making any noise at all. She stumble for words and stated she has had complaints. I told her that she should review her complaints as we were not making noise at all. Since she thought my other party was there alone she stated the kid was under age and I informed her that there was an adult in the room. She didn’t know what to say.
