Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento at Csus

We did not stay and did not finish the trip. Did not get a refund for hotel. We were hacked on our flight I can’t afford this type of stealing. It was a trip to see brand kids.

It was a last minute reservation requiring 5 rooms for our extended family due to an emergency at UC Davis medical center. We also needed a pet friendly hotel. Hampton checked all the boxes. Thank you for accommodating us with all our needs - placing us on the same floor within close proximity to each other. And for including breakfast. Staff was friendly and understanding to our family situation. Well worth staying if you need to be close to the hospital.

We had a great time staying there! The surroundings are not exactly super clean but we didn’t care about that much. The room was super spacious and super clean. The breakfast food was great, the staff is super polite and friendly. If I had to pick one thing to complain about - it would be the bathroom sliding door which was hard to move for my kid and it doesn’t close all the way. But that wasn’t something to ruin our stay - everything else was absolutely perfect. Will definitely come back next time I need to be at Cal Expo.

Move-in for Sac State.we stayed 2 separate days and family from out of state came too.Hotel itself was good.parking was better 2nd stay..breakfast was good too.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and for the most part quiet. We were there on college drop off week so the building was mostly full of Sac State families. The area surrounding this hotel is industrial and definitely didn't invite exploration. Right next to the train tracks and highway but you couldn't really hear any of that. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and seemed worn. You could hear the springs creaking when you rolled over and the mattress didn't offer much support. If the beds/pillows were in better shape and the building faced any restaurants or shops or anything, this would have been a great find. We had a nice stay and will consider returning to this hotel when we visit our child in the future.

Very, very good. If I travel again to Sacramento I will definitely stay in this hotel. I will also recommend this place to rest of family and friends.

This is the second time that my family & I have stayed at this hotel. The location is what makes this hotel a stand-out among the neighboring hotels, in addition, to having parking that's readily & easily available, and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet to start your day being nourished! The staff (from the reception desk to the maintenance/housekeeping) are all courteous, friendly, and personably-professional! Kudos to ya'll!
