The beds are not Queen so an adult and only a small child could barely fit in them. Not for families.

The hotel is ok, but we didn't know they didn't have their pool open yet, and we were hoping to use it during our stay as we were going there for an event and were traveling with kids. Even in the lobby, they had some advertising on their tv saying the pool hours, but I found out from the staff that the pool had been closed for a while now, and they had yet to learn when it would be open again. However, they said we could use the pool from a hotel they agreed with, but that's not convenient. So ok, next time I'll book another hotel.

Sheraton Sacramento is a great place whether you are traveling alone, convention, family or with your homies. Comfortable. Great staff. Great food. Great bar. Very clean. 5 stars. Sacramento in itself is not a clean place. It’s nice to be able to go to a facility that takes you away from all the detritus.

The pool is very small and a lot of the bricks surrounding it are broken and wobbly. The staff was very friendly and valet was easy. I dont think they have a 2 queen option though I could be wrong but we were only able to book 2 double beds which are pretty small. Was charged $10.48 for one waterbottle my child opened. Friendly staff and good location for downtown but I wouldnt stay again.

Service, cleanliness, space, room, our view from the room, safe area - all was great. Safe area for families. We came on a busy weekend (friday-sunday) with a large concert taking place at the city stadium. We still just payed an average price for this top end hotel with an excellent location. We paid for parkingservice at booking and it was worth it. Thre staffmembers are situated outside the hotel around the clock to help with car and luggage.

My kids have virtual learning due to the pandemic. I asked for a writting utensil and it was delivered in minutes even though we were at a high floor. The room was clean and had an amazing view. My picky eater loved the pepperoni pizza.

The hotel and toom is nice, clean, and offers lots of amenities. The staff is friendly (except for valet...they were pretty grumpy). If you dont mind not getting any sleep, than this is a good place to stay. You can hear everything going on in the hallways. We were woken up multiple times up until 3a with kids playing in the hallway and late night partyers in the corridors. Really poor sound proofing. We were exhausted the next day. No, this is not some place I'd book again

Fire alarm went off around midnight!!!!!! At check out when we asked what happened, the front desk said “alarm? What alarm. Oh yeah, I think it was some yow of error”. Some type of error?! Yeah an error that kept my family up for over an hour
