Holiday Inn Express And Suites Palm Desert Millennium, an IHG Hotel

Arrived at 11:15 pm. The check in was quick. Beds are very comfortable and room was clean. There is a large variety of breakfast options which is great for families. The staff was friendly. It’s off the highway so it was easy to find.

I stayed with my kids and was satisfied with everything in this hotel. It was clean and quiet, and the next day they made up our room even without asking. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Every staff member was nice and behaved professionally. Highly recommended!

The room is clean - property is on a safe quiet place, first trip to California with my 11 month baby and was so scared hotel could be one of those that are dirty but this one is outstanding.

Hotel was almost brand new. Super clean. Staff was very friendly. We tried to check in about 1.5 hours early but no rooms were ready so we went to the cool brewery across the street to kill time. They called me 30 minutes later to say the room was ready. Room was large for the price, very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of good bath products and amenities. Free hot breakfast was good and all day coffee. Free waters would have been nice. Perfect for a weekend visiting family in the area.

Very modern, clean. Breakfast was better than majority of the hotels I've stayed at. Free parking, and they have cribs for infants. Would gladly stay again.

The guy to not sure his name but he look like a surfer blonde hair in shorts I believe he works night shift…my stay was excellent~Fantastic!… and the room was so extremely clean.comfy…Quiet…this hotel great place to rejunivate while working out in Palm Springs!…Im definitely be back again a this time family….

We loved how bright and clean this hotel was. The kids loved breakfast and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and family friendly, Pool filled with salt/mineral water. Breakfast is simple but very hearty.

The cleanliness and rooms were fine. The complementary breakfast had many options and was probably the best part. My family stopped here to break up our long move across the state. We showed up in the middle of the night only to find out they had no two queen bed rooms which is what I paid for. I told the man behind the desk, we paid for two queens because there are multiple people and he kept telling me we were “upgraded to a king room” after a lot of questioning he finally said they had more double queen rooms but they were not clean. He did not offer us to wait for them to be cleaned, he forced us into a king bed room where my husband had to take the couch. On top of everything, we stayed in palm dessert where it was over 95 degrees at 10am and there pool was closed. I feel like they should let people know at booking, that there is no pool available. I’m sure several people staying in the desert expect a pool. The tv had very limited programming as well, mostly news.

It was our first time visiting and we we’re happy with everything. I would stay and recommend it to family and friends
