The pool and hot tub didn’t work which I find convenient when the hotel is sold out. Breakfast starts later on the weekend?? Why would you do that when most people with kids are traveling here for sporting events!! Lastly when I went o get bedding for our pull out couch they had NO PILLOWS how does that even happen?!?!

Rooms are decent. The wall AC units are ineffective and sooooo loud. Got zero sleep. The kids running the hallway at midnight didn't help either. Hotels need to install the slow close doors. Everyone slams them with no regard for others.

First thing I can suggest for this hotel is updated photos. The landscape is dead and cut in most places, and trash is laying in the perimeter of the hotel. The room-well let’s start with the second floor. Lamp does not work. Outlet does not work. TV was in Spanish and a guide that wasn’t available. I called the front desk (after 7pm) the clerk was extremely rude. I could not believe it. One key worked for the room. After the encounter with the clerk we did not say a word about anything and left the do not disturb sign on the door the whole time. Once again-updated photos would be nice because a person is led to believe the hotel is in good condition. Our room wasn’t. A badly patched hole (which there’s still a hole) in the bathroom-which included a loose sink faucet knob. Stain drips down the kitchenette wall with no dishes in the room. The paint job in the main room was done so poorly (even cords had been hit by a paint brush) that my grand daughter (she’s 4) would’ve done a better job. We were there long enough to shower and get out for the day. No breakfast for us-I decided that the kitchen could be worse. To top it all off-the elevator breaks down. Overnight. With accessibility rooms on upper floors and a notice that states no more than 2 people at a time on the elevator (except families). Why did we stay? Zero options available in the area. We stayed quiet so we didn’t have to deal with another rude clerk.

Great location…near restaurants and stores. Our room was nice…2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate our family. But the window A/C froze those who slept closest to it! The dresser drawers were not very clean inside. Parking was great and our room was quiet. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend this place for family, friends, or even strangers! This place was so dirty it was disgusting! The shelves had hairs in it and the bath tub looked like it’s not been scrubbed for awhile. The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s. The lady that checked us in was grumpy and really unfriendly because we interrupted her cigarette break. I don’t think she even smiled once during the whole transaction. She made me feel like I was bothering her and unwelcomed. I will never stay at that place again even for free!
